I'm a bit underwhelmed by the Ruin and Aquila bit, but the statue is nice.

Is it me or does the space marine look like hes trying to hold it in along needed piss? I also have no idea whats going on with the face (possibly just the angle?), but its not great in all honesty.

I'd love to see some pansy ruins, a fish'ead outpost n some bugs nests.

How about some modular terrain for them? 2-3 kits for each that's interchangable.

Ha, I was right about the Aquila, it's just blown up in size a bit and the Cadian helmet is removed from the base.

I dunno, I'd prefer new xenos codices and models instead of xenos terrain.

How big's the Aquila?

I'm pretty sure that big Aquila is featured in one of the recent codex books or WD's.

I can't see the windows being of any real use without having 3 or 4 multiples.
The statue looks ok I guess but i'm gonna need a pair.
The aquila is on page 23 of battle missions. I like it the most of the 3 pieces but will never need more than one.

Wingspan is about a Land Raider across.

I love the statue and the aquila. The ruin? Yeah.....no, I don't really see the point of that.

I might buy it, just to shoot the marine statue with a BB gun to reflect The Ladz taking potshots, like Napoleon's frenchies shooting the nose off the sphinx (I know they didn't really...).

But I'm getting visions of the statues shot full of 'oles and some naughty orks sprayin up da face to look like da joker with some sprayed on words like 'Why So Sereuz?' and 'Big Beakie iz sad...sniff sniff' in graffiti on it.

Don't need crashed windows or broken aquilas, but the statue is worth it alone.

Wow, I was thinking it was a tiny lame statue. That thing is awesome. Aquila is also ok. As for the ruin is the window from some other kit or are we to have a random broken window we are to put down?

Not buying. The statue is nice but neither the aquilla nor the window offer enough cover to be useful in a game. Plus I'd rather get an intact aquilla I can cut up than a pre-ruined one.

Well there is a pic of the statue in a aquilla shrine with the window cut out but it looks larger next to standard marines.

I wanted to like this statue more than I do, if that makes sense.

It does look more than a little knock-kneed.

And, as some poster already mentioned, possibly looks like he's 'holding it in' too...

An odd choice of poses for what should be a more 'heroic' looking piece.

I'll still be getting though, as I'm a sucker for GW's terrain!
