Here's the challenge...
Build a 1k Puppy list with as FEW MODELS AS POSSIBLE. I reckon this must be a very easy thing to do, considering how many tooled-up characters one can have in an army, but we're going for something that's reasonably useful as a list.
It's to use up a few marine bits I have left over - there's a couple of Rhino hulls in there, a dread, and some assorted random marines. Thought I'd make something fun.

yeah,
I like the idea of a small army that could easily be made inside a month...
My list has 12 guys and 5 tanks and what I think could be a pretty strong mech list.

Technically this is as small as you can get and still be within the FoC, regardless of points.

Yeah, something for little games that allows you to go crazy with conversions. I like this thread - maybe I'll roll it out to other armies in other threads.
It seems the real way to get the model count down is to take Logan so that WG become troops. But then, the SCs do become big points sinks in 1k. Maybe we should change the rules...
