Tau, because I said so.

I voted other.

Both GKs and DEs need a lot of new kits to be viable. Sculpting and production resources are tied up with WH 8th edition. They need something small and easy to fill that slot.

I doubt they will 2 marines back to back (but they could) so I'd say Tau or Well-Lit Eldar.

It's way too focused on what people want (Lost and Damned + Genestealer cults!) and not on cold-blooded anaysis of what will happen.

GK and Inquisition. It's a good one to stuff in around the release of fantasy because it's smaller in scope (like the second Tau codex was), it will certainly take up less resources than the Dark Eldar (which would be used for Fantasy), and it's a sorta Marine codex, which we know GW wants to have babies with. But it's only sorta a Marine codex, so technically GW's not breaking their codex pattern.

Sorta related, remember all the nerd rage that was going around when GW said they were only going to release like 2 codecies a year?

Seriously, Tau is the best option. They only need to move some of the forgeworld stuff over to mass production and they're done.

But that's what they did with the Tau last time. I believe they'll be getting a bigger update when they come up next. If I were a Tau player, I'd be upset at GW if they gave them the quick and dirty update twice.

I'm saying Necrons around November. I don't think we are going to see another codex until then what with the release of the new WHFB. I expect to see Fantasy releases for the forseable future until the end of the year.

It will not be Tau. Source at GW reliably informed me it will be Dark Eldar although he did say that the models were taking longer to produce than expected. Tau are not on the horizon at the moment. According to him it will be: DE, Necron, Grey Knights.

GK & WH have mad their codexes pulled online & models are being pulled from stores. That's pretty decisive to me.

Trade rules: lower rep trades ships 1st. - I ship within 2 business days, if it will be longer I will contact you & explain. - I will NOT lie on customs forms, it's a felony, do not ask me to mark sales as "gifts". Free shipping applies to contiguous US states.

Sly Marbo is the ally of my Kabal. IG would not ally with DE I hear you cry. But he is John Rambo. A one man army.
I mean the three most competitive armies are Tau, Mechdar... and JOHN RAMBO.

An IG player once asked me if he could borrow him to play against me. I told him that in that case, I wouldn't be able to win anymore. I mean with John Rambo against me, all my DE could come up with is Tim Burton.

Well most of the mainstream codex are relatively up to date. Even stuff like Eldar and Tau are pretty recent and are still playable. That leaves GK, SoB, Crons and Dark eldar.

Due to how many times DE have been rumoured to coming then put off I am going in the DH and WH group. The removal of codex is also a good indication. I believe the DE codex is still in shops so I doubt they are next.

Pot? Who's buying?

I'm honestly torn between GK/ Inq and DE.

DE:
-Longest wait time with rumors popping up regularly. At this point, their rumors are almost a cruel joke to DE players who want new minis.
-The codex is still pretty good this many years later.
-I'd like to see DE released, but am unsure how they'd sell. The internet cries for them, but how will that pan out in the real world?

GK/ Inq:
-The books got taken down and new rumors popped up from some reliable sources (late 09/ early 10).
-DW roleplaying game is about to release so it makes sense for GW to release within that theme.
-The current codex is in need of serious re-alignment.
-GW's been all about blinging SM plastics (newest BA and SH Termis).
-GW lied about the SH release. I could see them lieing again about GK and Inq.
-SM sell. They're a gauranteed money maker and in these economic times, it might be safer to keep the SM cash cow mooing.

I'm voting DE. You guys deserve some new Jes minis more than anyone.

I would hope they put it on the table, not in a pot. That would just be misleading.
