The mercenary Galleon makes me wonder (and hope) about a Minions gargantuan. A 30 foot tall croc would be all kinds of win

Wow. PP just put the Epic in Epicness. Awe in Awesomness and ect. They just are always evolving and getting better. It's almost as if they we're doing the exact opposite of a certain companie... Maybe this older companie should start following their example, maybe even go to ask them a few advices on a few topics.

That Angel is Amazing! Much better than the troll. I think the Wold is looking better than the troll as well, but I'll need to see more of it.

New Blindwater caster + Undead troops = fun times for Maelok's tier list, good times for Witch Docters, and means I've got a section faction to buy.

Additional: Skorne Epic3 is Makeda (or, apparently, now Mak3da) with Ancestral Guardian elite-cadre type unit. Mammoth is a, and a quote, 'Bronzeback on crack with a cannon turret'.

Not impressed with the Wold Wrath so far. I know it's a WIP, but I dunno what they can do at this point to stop it from looking like a baseball with limbs.

Epic Morvahna art is epic, I hope the model lives up to it.

They would release ALL the Gargantuans before the book? I know they release models before the book (some of the troll models from Domination came out ahead of time- at least, Jarl and the scattergunner UA, I think) but that sounds a little odd.

Presumably the big beasties and possibly one warlock per faction comes out during 2012, along with the rules for Gargantuans being printed in No Quarter - in theory, there shouldn't be a huge amount different from Colossals, beyond any Fury/Focus-related changes, and the Colossals ones have been printed in NQ42.

The advantage to the cards feature for PP releases is that the models can be released way before the books - see also Superiority in Mk1.

Yep. It was a common practice for 1/4-1/3 of the book's contents to be on shelves before the book in MkI.

Ah, very cool! Would they actually be usable in events and the like with rules being in NQ, even without the book being out?

Once the model is on general release, it is legal for tournaments, RiTides.

Pre-releases, such as at Lock & Load, are usually legal for the duration of that convention, but won't be tournament-legal until the model is on general release.

Interesting that Blindwater becomes more and more of an undead faction. Now give me epic Warlocks!

What about the Merc factions? Nothing new for Pirates and Rhul?

Loving the idea of Gun Mage Cavalry, though. My Kraye's drooling...

I thought I'd heard something about the possiblity of Gun Mage cav, but PP was having problem balancing them. Guess, if that recollection is accurate, PP got it figured out. Cool...
