I was thinking of trying a different Color sceme for my 3rd Company of Space Wolves. Rather making them Grey I thought about White. I don't have a working camera at the moment, but I used the B&C Space marine Painter. I used the Tau to do up the Wolf Scouts. I was wanting to know what you all think.

I quite like the idea actually. It would make sense for Space Wolves (imo) to actively change their armour colour to better stalk their 'prey' through a snowy death world, for example. It fits with the whole 'Wolf' theme.
Looking forward to some painted minis!

Hrm I'm not sold on the black feet. But other than that looks pretty good actually. The addition of the original colours on there makes it look awesome.

I just hate painting the feet alsomost as much as I do faces, thats why Most of my SM wear Helmets.
Though I am mplaning on puting them on Snow Bases and with my other white Figs the feet just disaper.

I considered a similar scheme for my wolves.

I was think one option for Fluff was to have something like Their Great Company fought near the Eye of Terror and the MotW started to effect them more often. Therefore, they Painted their Armor White as a “Death Color”.
But I am not set in stone about that.
I do like the Idea of them Specializing in Arctic Combat.
I was also looking at them being my Erik Morkai Great Company. If I did that I might just use the Standard SM Codex to get them all of the Scouts and Scout Bikers.

Was just wanting to play around with colours for mine as am yet undecided for a scheme.

PS The fluff about white as Death Colour is very good imho!

The The Space Marine Painter V5.0 has access to the wargear options

Maybe using only space wolves gray on the pad inset and the knee....and using a duller gray like codex for the other parts to make it more like it is blending into the whitewash surroundings.
