couple of things:

-the conversions look great from a distance, a bit over avarage when looked up close (better than mine anyway :p)
-the lascannon one looks great
-paintjob is meh
-wtf is that last ork doing with that floating uber huge gun next to him?

the last ork is a mock up. a visual idea only, yeah I've got soooo many orks to paint and I get bored. so I don't put the time in on each model.

The tarantula one and the last one have too big weapons. Not a big fan of that. The others are okay.

hit the plasma cannon one with a wash to shade the matte-red

besides that, maybe some brass tubing for shell casings all over the place on the relevent guns? looks good!

No sir! your double barrell looks awesome and well balanced. mine is a bit forward heavy.

trust me the double barreled loota is a pig to balance even with a penny stuck in the bottom of the base!
