Left to die on an abandonned planet, after his scouting pary was overrun by bloodangels sufferring from the black rage, this heavily wounded spacewolf lost his faith in the imperium...and was visited by the chaosgod khorne...who allowed him to become a raging berzerker once again...

actually i wanted to try out a spacewolf-khornate conversion, what do you think...

Whats on the top of the stick? Is it a spear or a banner? I have to agree HamHam. It does just look like a 'Zerker. Maybe a wolf pelt or something may make him look 'wolfy'.

He's not really 'Wolfy'. Give him a ripped Wolf Pelt, maybe a bare head from the Space Wolves Box.

I can see the wolf elements you used but they're really overshadowed by the berserker parts. Switch his head out for that of a Space Wolf, that'd make it very obvious. As others have mentioned, wolf pelts and fur decorations will help too. Also, convert his backpack so it's a meld of the CSM and Space Wolves one (the one with the two wolf heads over the exhausts). Space Wolves share the Chainaxe (in fluff anyways) with Khorne Berserkers, so you should take full advantage of that fact and give him a Khornate Wolf axe (combine parts from both the Khornate axe and space wolf accesories).

Hell, I'm not that bothered by the Stormraven. Why? Because, as it stands right now, it's "limited use".When it's shoehorned in to the Codex: Space Marines, then yeah. I'll be irked.

Gotta say I agree with what the others have said, what I would have done is mostly used Space Wolf bits, painted it like a normal Space Wolf then cover it with heaps of blood (artfully mind you) maybe even put some around his mouth as if he'd ripped their throats out with his teeth. And of course pelts and such. As it is he just looks like a normal berserker with some runic icons. You could also incorperate red into his armor by having it so that he has taken parts from the Blood Angels who killed his men, not every BA who goes insane is taken to the Black Company (or whatever it's called), some just randomly fall in the midst of combat so he could have pieces of red armor from them.
