Well I am making a Blood Angels Successors Chapter.
So here it is:

Ok some fluff first try so go easy:

Founding Chapter: Blood Angels
Founding 22nd
Homeworld: Vexus IV
Speciality: Assult
Colours: Red armour with black shoulder trim and white pads.

The Waagh on Vexus IV

The Blood Raptors fought a massive Ork strike force, holding the line against continues waves of orks seriously outnumbered, the 3rd company stood for days against the orks many battle brothers doed holding the lines as the orks prepared the final assualt just as all hope seemed lost the 5th compant came to Vexus IV on drop pods and jump packs and confused on who to attack.
within hours of slaughter the orks had been wiped out.

I think the design looks really close in appearance to the Flesh Eaters and Blood Swords.

For any chapter that i do i try to use latin or italian, that personal preference though

Your fluff dosen't really give us any insight into the chapter. Are they based off of a specific culture? does the populous of their homeworld have a specific culture? what are their beliefs? you said they're assault but do they just form a battle line and charge? there are alot of things that could enfluence a name of a chapter (besides sounding cool).

For instance one of my Chaos Warbands is a devoted to Khorne and led by a Iron Hands captain whose augmetics where possesed by a daemon virus so he lost controle of his body. His followers sacrifice parts of their bodies to Khorne and replace them with bionics. Because of their link to Khorne and the fact that they are berserk killing machines (litterally) they are called the Blood Forged.

Not much but this something:

The home planet is harsh brutal wastelands, food and resources and surviving is something they have to fight for. So the warriors are vicious which reflects their battlefield tactics stright out assualt.

I'd also like to suggest an alternate colour scheme so that they stand out from the Blood Ravens:
