Hmm. I find that
TK often really hurt in the offense department, and this 750 pointer looks especially toothless. At the very least, I'd say a catapult is a good investment - you'll certainly use at least one in all of your larger games - to provide some real ranged punch. Or if you'd rather play a less reactive, more mobile game - and like giant scorpion models as much as I do - than a tomb scorpion would be an equally good early buy, for about the same points in game.
Anyway, I did some juggling of points and, assuming you've got a liche priest on foot (if you bought the
GW blister than you do

), here's what I've got:
L: Tomb King - dragonhelm, shield, light armor = 186
H: Liche Priest - collar of shapesh = 140
C: 19 Skeletons - standard, musician = 167
C: 19 Skeletons - standard, musician = 167
R: Screaming Skull Catapult = 90
------
750
I'm guessing you have the king with a shield model? For just one more point, this build does what yours did but a bit better: he still has the 2+ fire ward, but also has a 4+ save & a 6+ parry in combat.
The priest has a cheaper "4+ ward save" and lost his pony, so as to benefit from
LOS! rolls (and generally be cheaper). I also dropped the flame banner from the bowmen, because the SSC is flaming too, and a lot more frightening to regen-ing things (which shouldn't be too much of a problem @ 750 anyway).
If you end up taking a scorpion instead of the catapult, I'd probably downgrade the dragonhelm to a dragonbane gem, and then use the 10 points you've got to buy that flame banner back, it's not a bad idea to keep it around.
