Hi this is my first serious go at nmm Gold opinions please..!
Big thanks to brother tom and major tom 11 for all their help.

I'm not sure if it is the lighting or the actual colours but it still looks a little brown.

The technique is there, and this will look like lovely NMM but it needs to be brought up a bit brighter and yellower to give a good gold, it looks a little more like bone right now.

Please don't take that really negatively, I think you are on the way to getting the hang of it

no no i take no offence all advice and criticism is welcome thats why i posted thank you..

The NMM looks great, but it doesn't look golden. You need more yellow for that. To me it reminds me of a tarnished metal, and gold doesn't tarnish.

As stated above, it looks like a tarnished bronze/brass typeof thing. Beutiful light play though, and the gradients are almost flawless. I guess you just went for a colorscheme that was a bit off what you were aiming for!

Anyways, all in all, thats a very nice NMM job. Just not quite gold.

Damn you Bullyboy! another technique i must learn before we dominate the world! seriously though, damn good job on that if it's your first attempt! lets see more and in a couple of weeks no doubt you'll be putting up amazing all nmm mini's and making everyone jealous! :-)
