welcome to Dakka Deliberatus
can hardly type for laughing
There are school clubs for Warhammer so maybe they don't need to put it in the books.
Sounds like the crazy sort of marketing would go in for.
They still haven't discovered adverts at Willow Road.

I've never seen any GW "publicty" in a UK school/teaching book.
Looks to me, from the phrasing etc etc, as if they were just trying to show or use something a bit different or more interesting than the usual disco/roller skating/ going to park/cinema etc etc
( I for one, have no desire ever to go to La Rochelle now due to my French GCSEs, the mere twang of an acoustic guitar is almost enough to trigger flashbacks .. thanks Higher Education ! ).
I would perhaps suggest that comparisons of GW and ( I assume) the Third Reich are .. well... somewhat ridiculous here...

Thank you for posting this link Deliberitus886. It is very interesting.
It is funny that GW is advertising in a textbook, but I don't think it's "third reich" style. Just old-fashioned capitalism.
On a related note, those English sentences were weird, gramatically. Not bad English, just not how people would speak.
I realize that this is probably what I sounded like when I started speaking French.
So to all those Frenchies who had to listen to me mangle your language when I visited a decade+ ago, I apologize for sounding like an idiot.

Honestly, your translator wasn't to bad. One I tried for Spanish had me saying 'kittens are delicous' when I wanted to say 'I like cats". My teacher was horrified.

The word you seek is Propaganda.
And I agree, slipping the game into school textbooks is fairly off.

Are you purposely making this as difficult as possible to get accurate results from a translator?

Sorry to get sidetracked Deliberitus.
Yes you are coming through loud and clear.
The sense of what you are saying is fine.
It is a bit naughty of GW to do this if it is genuine.
It is hard to say for certain whether it is an internet hoax.
This would not surprise me.
On the other hand, it could be genuine, which also would not surprise me. The only thing GW could to that would raise an eyebrow would be to put an advertisement in a comic or magazine (other than White Dwarf)

Deliberitus? Here, on DakkaDakka?
Please ignore him. He's a troll banned from both polish Warhammer forums (forum.wfb-pol.org and www. wh40k. pl) for his pathetic flamebaits and trolling people. Actually some of his posts were so defamatory he had to oficially apologize for them to avoid lawsuits.
If someone here knows polish (cześć!), I can provide him with relevant links and/or contact with admins of aforementioned forums.
EDIT: Ye gods, and that dumb "no pitchfork in militia box" flame attempt. He did that already on both forums. It's not even funny anymore.

I wouldn't call that mob "proper" or "self-respecting." They'd all need monocles and petticoats in addition to pitchforks for that. edit: After googling, apparently I have no idea what a petticoat is. Let the comment stand, no less.

Looks like indoctrination to me.
These children are learning English.
They are learning, at this point, about purchases.
Each poage has a GW mini on it and the questions are angled at purchasing their particular products... "Warhammer" is explicitly mentioned.
