I really like dwarves as far as fantasy and am curious after attempting a simple conversion I was wondering what else to add to make him more "squatty" now they are squat mercs for my renegade army and I want them to be a little ridiculous just for some fun in my army. Here are some prototype pictures, crappy, but they will do.

I've seen people use plastic Dwarves from fantasy and with some slicing, dicing, and converting they don't look too shabby.

Needs more beard, unless it has one and I can't see it on my phone. I second using some of the whfb bits also

Use Dwarf models. That just looks like a kind of stubby regular dude.

I am both orderly and instinctive. I value community and group identity, defining myself by the social group I am a part of. At best, I'm selfless and strong-willed; at worst, I'm unoriginal and mindless.

I used Goblin Legs with a human body and head. It looks ok, but the arms need a little work. Also the massive beard helps. You could always hit ebay for some rogue trader squats.

Added dome spikes to his helmet and cut his legs down a liuttle more, he looks like a dwarf now, making a better more full beard.
