Not badr. There's definitely plenty of room for improvement, but as a new painter, you aren't in bad shape, at all. On to the (hopefully constructive) criticism:
The paint seems a tad thick (do you thin your paints or go straight from the pot, as purchased?) and rough (likely due to a grainy undercoat, which is a common issue when spray priming), but you have solid coverage without noticeable brush slips. The models are rather flat, admittedly, lacking much in the way of shading/highlighting and also missing some detail (Acolyte2's fleshy mouth and eyes are a tad unsettling, bolters have no holes in the barrels or lenses on the scopes).
I'm not going to nitpick, as it wouldn't help, at this point. Keep working on the fundamentals (brush control and paint consistency, followed by basic highlighting and shading techniques) then start experimenting with slightly more advanced techniques and you'll be in good shape.

Water... Pure simple water
Just add enough to make the paint cover the surface
Usually for every part of paint add one to two parts of water
if your paints old like mine then consider multiple parts of water
