I have played Tau for years but have never painted my Fire Warriors. It looks odd because the rest is painted, and then you have 3 full squads of gray Fire Warriors-not beautiful.

I painted my first today, but it's not NEARLY as nice as I want it to be.

Any tips?

P.S. trying to upload pics but my computer hates me :p

Without pictures its hard to suggest anything other than the old stalwarts of keep your paints thin, paint within the lines and take it slowly.

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

I will absolutely reinforce keeping your paints thin! FW have a lot of small recesses in their armor that thick paint will quickly fill.
