Those look cool. I would suggest doing a badab black or devlan mud wash over the silver, right now it looks a little bright, and the wash would help to pick out detail. I would also recommend that you thin your paints more, so it isn't too thick and won't obscure the detail. Just my $0.02.

They look ok for Tabletop, try to take your time when painting. As Aquaterry said before the details are obscured and it does look somewhat rushed to my eye. I do like the conversions you did however.
The cloak of the first guy looks good, one layer of highlighting can go along way (I understand your not done yet). Washes will help you out a lot too. Badab black on the metal parts, Gryphonne Sepia or something similar for the gold parts and even the cloak for a two-tone dirty look.
Keep at it, you can improve dramatically in no time.

There is potential in this model, but I have to say it's not really well painted, compared to your other model.
The boltpistol and his arm are of the exact same color, making it look sloppy. There are no real shades ( a simple wash would do) to give them some chance of being two different parts.
I would actually have another color on the boltpistol. Atleast the casing.
The Tau Crisis suit head on a thick stick I think could be cleaned up alot.
Paint with thin layers (not thick) and cover the whole areas. Then give it a wash.
