Great work mate, I especially like the bone haft of the spear - its good to see other pre-heresy miniatures. Is he the start of a full army of the Vlka Fenryka ?

Thank you for the compliments. Yes, actually he is the first painted piece for the army. I've got about thirty Grey Hunters, a full Long Fang pack, five Wolf Guard in TDA, a Wolf Priest, and five Wolf Scouts fully converterd. I also have an extensively green stuffed Primarch - Leman Russ, with his wolves, that I'm hoping to get painted soon. Just when time permits unfortunately, so it may be awhile.

Also, its very nice to see use of the Chaos Warrior torso back. I have a few laying about that I was thinking of using for something similar, just Long Fangs, not a RP

Thanks everyone for the feedback. Unfortunately life happened this week and I was unable to get any more work done on my Pre-Heresy Wolves. Leman Russ awaits my paint brush as I type. I am really very pleased with how this project has come together so far and want to get it done before a 2000pt tourney in August. Anyway here's to dreaming. Cheers.
