If this is happening on another forum, then I suspect it's a browser problem, such as a corrupted local cache, which is not a big deal. What browser are you using?
.) Internet Explorer 7/8: go to Tools, Internet Options. Hit "Delete..." Check only the box for "Temporary Internet Files". Let that go, close every single IE window, and try again.
.) Internet Explorer 9: Click the gear in the upper right, and go to Safety, Delete Browsing History, and again, check the box (only) for "Temporary Internet Files". Let that go, close every single IE window, try again.
.) Firefox 6: Tools, Options, Advanced, Network, click the "Clear Now" button next to Offline Storage. Close and reopen FF and try again.
.) Chrome: Click the wrench in the upper right, Options. Go to "Under the Hood". Click "Clear Browsing Data..." and check only the box for "Clear the cache". Let it go and close and reopen Chrome and try again.
.) Internet Explorer 6: In the address bar, type in "google.com", and do a search for one of the browsers from any of the above steps. Install it and try again.
