Can some people give me some examples of paint schemes for neurons. I was thinking silver and run gryphon sepia or a white with gryphon sepia on it or another paint scheme that is completely different. Just to let people know i like different so not the generic paint schemes.

Any of those three will work

I've always wanted to do snow necrons with bolt gun metal and mithril silver. And replace all the green tubes with blue tubes, but thats just kind of a personal thing. Warmaster has some bronze necrons that look great there are pics in some of his bat. reps.

You know, if you mix a colour with your silver paint you can get some coloured metallics.

I saw some lovely metallic red marines the other day. They got me thinking about the new necrons.

I loved the idea of painting each segment of the warrior scorched brown, moving on to bleached bone with a final highlight of skull white, leaving the joints bolt gun metal, and some Devlan mud wash to tie it all together, I think it was someone on Dakka who did it, I just can't remember who

They're just painted to look like copper. Pretty straight forward with GW paints. But if you want to get really awesome they sell this metallic paint that you spray on and it comes with a polish that you rub on the paint job. It polishes it to a real metal finish. If you Google it you'll find it, it comes in all major metallic colors. Now that's different!

this is the paint scheme i plan on making army wide. im only making one lord to fit this. the others are other dynasties that have just joined forces with them

It's on his YouTube page and he was testing it out on an eldar wave serpent.

you could do a dry brush of boltgun metal and a heavy wash of devlin mud with a strip of blue down the fore head and on the chest glyph thats how I paint mine

okay paint the necron like the reguler and then do extra detail on the gun and then water down snot green and paint it onto the areas iluminated by the glow.
