Hi here's my finished GK in nmm silver and gold.
i do know they both still need futher development to get the colour perfect but i've only been painting minis for just under 2years
so i think i'm making good progress..

Paintjob is awesome really.
Only thing that bothers me is the base. It's too obvious that it's just stacked cork board.

yes i get what your saying i may add some more dry brushing and osl to help look more realistic.. thanks for the feedback

On thats very inspiring, I've been wondering what to do with Grey knights when I get round to them but didn't want to paint them in metallics.

Now I know what I'd like to do but its going to need a lot of practice

It's just normal codex grey with a wash of leviathan purple from the citadel wash range then using codex grey again adding drops of skull white with each layer to achieve the highlights thanks for the question

makes my 16 years look like 16 hours worth! dammit Bully i really don't know how you manage to paint like this! I know I'm a fan and every new model you paint looks like it'll be my fave, but, seriously, this is fantastic even for you! it looks amazingly good and that face is just nuts! (well not really nuts 'cos that'd look weird!)

beautifully painted, great tones and feel, you've set the mood of the model well and managed the nmm brilliantly for someone who's still 'learning' :-)
