As soon as i saw this on the GW site i needed to get one to build and paint! I dont even play fantasy but this thing just looked so amazing i couldnt resist! The colour scheme i've chosen while quite a bit brighter than the basic tone of the model is inspired more by the idea that instead of a giant dead bat this is more ofg a Night Lords Greater Daemon! would be very fitting to use as such in a game of 40k!

There's a huge gap in the middle of its nose, and there are little mold lines everywhere.

I know!! Sadly painted and assembled before liquid greenstuff too! little one's dont bother me that much lol ^_^

Get that flash off its nose!

There isnt any flash on its nose, its the seam of the join, doesnt bother me as quite a lot of bats have lines that run through the centre of their nostrils like cats and dogs! ^_^

This! This is too cool a model to not clean up and gap-fill properly.
