I got given a dreadknight the other day and only had one thing that crossed my mind.... ork dread....
so scratched around in the bits box and came up with this so far,
any comments on what else it needs?

I approve THIIIIIIIIIIIS much. Obviously, you couldn't see what I was doing, but I was stretching my arms out really really wide in time to my saying the word "this". So yeah, that's a fair degree of approval from me.

Anything that feels like a slap in the face to Grey Knights players is awesome, the fact its a ork conversion makes it even better.

Oh yes, that’s a lovely lick of paint on there however, the metal looks a bit shinny for my tasting. I would recommend adding some rust to it. I have done it with browns and oranges which is shown on my blog (link is in Signature). Still loving it thought but, what is it going to be classed as? Deff Dread, mega Deff dread?

So after painting my dread, I noticed I had some GK bits, so I've done a few test models for a ORK GREY KNIGHT army.
not sure if it will work or not, let me know what you think.

Yeah, that works. I have always enjoyed the Spes Marneenz Chapaz. Those conversions are smooth too. The wrist mounted bolters look cool.
