Hey guys, I just recently finished painting my Ork Trukk. I am overall happy with the results, especially the red armor. This was actually the largest miniature I have ever painting, making me even happier with the results.

Feel free to give constructive criticism and comments.

I hope you like it:

Thanks in advance

Very nice trukk. The mud is especially effective.
My only criticism perhaps is the freehanding on the side of the trukk. As this is an Evil sunz trukk, I assume its meant to be flames? I like the highlighting, but the freehand doesnt look like flames to me. More like coral or dead trees at a glance. That being said, other than looking at pictures of other flaming freehand work, or practice, I dont know what else to suggest.

But that's my ONLY critique, sorry if it sounded harsh. Rest of the job is a good 'un though.

Thanks, I'll be sure to try a different flame method.

Other than the flames as mentioned before, you did a super job.

Really nice paint job, I especially like the mud on the tires!

Was anyone else a little disappointed though that this wasn't some kind of custom Deffdread using Trukk parts?

Awesome mud. The rest of the model is pretty good. My only critique is the gunz look too shiny. They need to be rusty.

The gun is actually really quite dark and dirty looking in real life, I think It's just the light reflecting off the metalic paint making the gun look rather shiny.
Thanks for the comment

Compared to other photo's on Dakka, these photos are rather decent.

If you went around posting "These photos need to be remade" on every forum with a bad photo you would be overwelmed with responses like these.

Judging by the comments above that have nothing bad to do with the photos I'd say that these photos aren't bad.

The mud is well done but the plates seem blank and freshly coated with like 18 coats of paint. Like the Orks spilled a bucket per plate.

Rough em up and weather them a bit. Orks shouldn't have anything that looks newly painted.

Really nice weathering on the tracks, and wheels. Nice fire freehand. Totally superb.

Good work, but if I can make a suggestion is to give the yellow parts(and, perhaps, the other surfaces too) of the model a good brownish wash.
