Can't wait to see a better pic of him. When people where saying the GD model was going to be the 25th anniversery model, I called bull on it. Glad to see the CF, that was such a iconic picture back in the day. =o]

There hasn't been a LoTR release for about a year, other than Finecastings. Stop whining. It may not be your army, but at least your system gets a brand new codex or models every two months. You'll get your tyranids soon.

The Hobbit isn't far from release, LOTR is in dire need of a proper update, you think GW will let go of an opportunity to make more money?

Disappointing, I thought no one plays that game anymore.

You have fantasy which is basicly LOTR but better.

fluff wise anyway.

I am definatly getting one of those, its the 25th celerbration after all. Is about £20 which is not much considering you get that nice banner and all.

other than the ork head that looks silly I really like the model. though I cant help but feel the base is far too big for the model (I know its the only one it will fit on but it needs another marine or two on there)

Ditto. Isn't LOTR just a bitz/alt-model source for WHFB? Was hoping that LOTR is dead for good and we will see WH40k releases more often (after the whole year of WHFB goodness).
