After some inspiration from a fellow dakkaite, I thought Id make my own retractable whirlwind.
Afterall, whos idea was it to put hig explosive outside the tanks armour.
It still needs some detailing and rivets obviously

How does it work? i cant see a hinge anywhere obvious?
But yes, rivets are in order, what chapter is it for?

Thanks guys.
It pivots on the white tube in the first picture, getting it lined up was a pain.
My marines aren't a specific chapter, at the moment they're deneb stone and likes swords. That's about as far as I got

Very nice work. If I may make a suggestion, though, the targeting array looks a bit unuseful when the missile rack is deployed. Maybe add another auspex type array to one of the cupola mounts?
