Got this last minute commission in... it all came as models new in box. Had to be ready for Nova next weekend.

It's easier to do 2000 points of Grey Knight than Orks, but man.... that's pretty impressive nevertheless.

Thank GOD it wasnt orks!

Yeah, he sent the models NIB, and there was some stuff he didnt realize wasnt in the boxes... like being 1 psycannon short and such. He was totally willing to send more stuff, but there just wasnt time.

I happened to have an old ravenwing sprue laying around that let me Dark Angel up the terminators a bit more.

I dont want to make the client sound bad at all, he was a great guy to work with.

Very nice job! Your paint scheme is well done and well chosen. I sure hope your client was happy, because I would have been thrilled! As a side note, I appreciate you saying up front that you are a comission painter.

Hmmm... Five more days than I took with my speed project:

But you had to build yours and the painting quality is much better. Touche!

In all seriousness though I love the paint job and it is an impressive feat of speed painting! I also have to say that I love the army concept as well, I understand it was the clients idea, but 3 hard as nails terminator squads plus 2 hard as nails HQs and a Dreadknight!? Good lord I may have to steal that list and bring my GK out of retirement...
