We (ArbitorIan & Panic) know how much you all love battle reports with endless polls. They get lots of views. They must be very popular.

It's ALMOST game time. So, I'm playing as Arbites. What should Panic play as? WE NEED YOUR HELP TO DECIDE....

I'm voting no. Not to your playing a game, or even batrepping it, but to the silly trend of having polls in bat reps.

I call your poll and raise you two polls:

1. Will you post the entire batrep in a day or update it periodically over the course of the rest of 2012? Yes or no.

2. Will there be topless female models showcased in this batrep? Yes or no. This one is a deal breaker.

To be honest, I think your batreps are the best format.
You don't need useless polls.

Up to you. I do it just for funsies. The readers who don't like can just ignore it.

I reckon the votes are in, both on this thread and on Panic's thread. It looks like we're playing a game!!

Time for the next question. I'm planning this battle report to be updated in weekly installments until 2016 (if that's what people vote for)

Ian, I feel your pain. It is tough to figure out what to use arbies as. Myself I have played them as GK henchmen w/IG allies, and SOB w/IG allies. I find in 6th either works well depending on what you are playing against. The battle conclaves can stay the same no matter which way you go. The SOB option gives you more effective anti-tank units, however the GK option gives you access to land raiders  and it is nice to have those DCA come running out of an assault vehicle. You can do SOB allies w/GK but then you lose those fantastic shotgun troops, so I think the other two are better lists.
