Here the first shoots of ORKFISH chassis

For drones...how about Grots inside of hovering/floating Trukk Tires? I'd mount them on a flight stand with some sort of orky contrivance that would allow it to float/fly.

For the Shas'El...how about a Mega Nob without the claw and instead having the Plasma/Fusion/Missle Pod weaponry mounted as if it were a crisis suit?

For the drone, I would substitute the Tau weapons with trimmed-down shootas, some sort of targetting lens on the front (such as the large telescopic sight from the Boyz sprue, again trimmed so you are left with the lens itself and perhaps 2mm of cylinder), and maybe the eggcup-shaped exhausts from the Stormboy rokkits (sorry for the imprecise terminology but I'm not a rocket scientist). Ideally I would also add the snotling which crewed the original pumpwagon from about thirty years ago, because it looked like it was holding on to a ledge for dear life and I would position it clinging to the edge of the drone. On reflection, there is a grot which comes with the stompa kit which has a similar pose, and is holding on to a cable with one hand.

As for the Shas'el, start by replacing the weapon with something ridonculously large because as everyone knows, Ork technology is not subject to the laws of physics, only by what looks good and makes a lot of noise and smoke. Obviously it would need the crosshairs thing from the Ork boy sprue because even if it has the firepower to obliterate the entire barn, never mind the door, an ork still needs something to look through to target it.

Can't remember who or what carries a markerlight, but I would use the search light from the Stompa kit or if you don't have two or three of those to hand, there is a very similar one of the IG tank accessories sprue. It ain't a laser, but hey, orks need all the help they can get when aiming.

I like the Tau shas'el counts as and the shield drone. I think the broadside would be cooler if it used an actual looted broadside as base, still cool though.

dang man that's cool, have you considered what you're doing for the infantry? I've been approaching the same project from the opposite end (infantry before vehicles) maybe we can draw some inspiration from each other.

Actually i was very lazy on the troops, i only sprayed them yellow using the old gretchin(the one with armor and long rifle) you can see one in the first pics.
