So, I got bored and ordered some boonie hat heads and kitbashed a small 5 man squad together. I just moved back from overseas so I have none of the tools I did before, need to go pick up a dremel tomorrow and clean up a bunch of mould lines and fill some gaps.

I may finish out a full 10 man squad but they likely wont ever see use in an army, more likely as mooks in one of the RPG's.

UPDATE: Got bored last night and decided I wanted to do a little bit more than a simple headswap. This also answered my age old question of "What the hell am I going to do with all these 2ed Laspistols..."

Looking good. A proper jungle recon squad they are. Where did you get the heads from?

I got em from these guys. http://www.madrobotminiatures.com/zencart/

Overall they're pretty good if a bit samey. I also picked up some of the colonial marine heads and pulse rifles with an eye on making a USCMC squad but their pulse rifles arent terrible great tbh, and Im struggling to figure out what to do about putting shoulderpads on Catachan arms. :/

Hasslefree do aliens style pulse rifles as well and I can attest to the excellent quality of all their work. The weapons are peobably a more realistic scale than most other companies but the quality and service are superb.
