Yeah, I know it's been done before but I thought I'd have a go myself. I didn't want to paint the full mini until I knew what the colours looked like. So here it is.
The question is, do I go ahead and paint his body or do I scrap the head and stick with green?

It would be interesting to see an ork painted up like that. Ive seen pale night goblins and they looked pretty good.

It's just ushabi bone, black wash, ushabi drybrush, light green wash, screaming skull drybrush, sepia wash, screaming skull again.
Emperors children for eyes and tongue and brass for the teef.

Give him a power-hook for a hand, stick him on a giant wolf for a counts-as biker boss...a few dwarf heads on his base for flavor and bam, you can anger both ork purists and Hobbit book purists in one fell swoop.

2. Orks are grown from spores, maybe these are just really pallid.

Orks that grew underground and so have less green since they didn't need the sunlight?

There are a lot of interesting painting possibilitys that wouldnt work with green orks.
Also you can paint one kratos style from god of war

Loving the gold 'teef! I'd go for it on the albino, a horde of ghoulish Boyz with glowing pink eyes and metal teeth will look terrifying across the battlefield!

I'm probably going to stick to one or two albinorks rather than a whole horde. Mainly because they're a lot more time consuming to paint. Although I figure they'd be pretty rare anyway. You never know though, if my stepson likes him enough I may have to paint a full mob.
