Your first tank and it's a good one! Is it your first tank and first model or just your first tank? Just curious

Looking good! I might suggest some more edge highlighting(the glare from the light source may just obscure it), but that's about it.

Not bad for first
I would recommend to be more subtle in painting edges. And use very diluted paint - especially for metallics, just use several (many-many) layers. Then for metallics use washes/inks in deepths

Turret is Puppets War. I have used a number of their parts and have been quite happy with them.

literally? are you sure it's not metaphorically? Or perhaps figuratively?

In terms of the tank, looks good. The highlights (the boltgun highlights as well as the drybrushing on the exhaust pipes) looks a bit messy. One thing you should do is have less paint on your brush. There should be basically nothing coming off when you're done wiping your brush on the paper towel/ toilet paper/ douche. You really have to take your time with it but it will also come with practice.

not sure what you mean about dry brush on the exhaust. That's pigments on their not paint. Supposed to look like black soot, same with the gun turret on top.

This may sound silly, but the biggest problem I have with it is the transfer. It brings out my OCD because it's off-center and at a slight angle.

Also, I believe the best way to apply a transfer is to paint the surface in the transfer color, apply it, paint over it, and then remove it. Because the transfer itself is of a noticeably different consistency than the paint, and would fit better with the model as paint instead of plastic. This is a nit pick really, but it's also easy enough to fix that I think it's worth changing.

For a first tank, it's damn good.
