Used this several times now for my x-wing addiction also ordered some Infinity bits n pieces. All my orders have taken a maximum of 2 days to arrive as he holds most things in stock. Just thought I'd share as I've used a few different sites now and the best turn around I've had has been a week!

Was speaking to him today about stocking GW and unfortunately due to their new guidelines for this year you need a brick and mortar store which he hasn't got.... yet ;-) tthere are plans for one in the future i believe.

Hi there acid 1mun3. Yes we will be trying to expand this product line fully then keep up with new releases too. We will hae somemore products added next week as soon as they come in for Warmachine and Hordes. We have been open for about 2 and a half months now and hope to expand all lines and add new ones on a regular basis. Also as regards of special ordeering items in we will happily order items in for you you just need to let us know what it is your after and we will get back in toch asap to let you know if were able to get you your items. Please note this will take a little longer as we make orders with our distributors every 2 weeks or sooner but will happily add it to our order and let you know what it will cost and when we can get it in for you by. If we cant get hold of something for you we will do ourbest to get you it.
We are planning to get the new Raging Heroes miniatures range in too soon. They look amazing. Definitely worth checking out.

Also on our homepage theres a box that says PRE ORDER - Never miss out on the latest releases. If you click anywhere on that box it will take you to all the up-coming releases. great guy amazing store bought my first war machine starter set and had it ready for pick up with in a hour even gave me advice and tips aswell and have just ordered some new menoth models would recomend for new and old gamers best prices around by far and if they dont have it you can be sure it will be in by the next week fast reliable and friendly service the only place i will shop for models paints and all other table top,card and board games AA+

Is Warmachine as good as the hype suggests?

With their intl postage rates I'd be surprised if they did have too many customers abroad. Doesn't seem fishy per se.

Always good to see a new store, although sadly a bit far north for me! Will give them a try next time I need to order stuff online though.

Hi I live in Scarborough where Hellfire gaming is located. Before they opened we only had a local store that was over-priced and the owner was very rude and really never seemed liked he cared about anything. You never felt welcomed there at all. Which isnt right by any FLGS. I found out about Hellfire gaming through the local club we have out here in Scarborough as he comes down often to run demo games for anyone and everyone down there. Hes a really friendly and helpful lad and has helped a lot of people out locally and the prices are low. This is something we have needed for a long time in this area. So I was more than happy to put a comment up when I saw this post. Yes I am new to Dakka Dakka but thats it. Do I know the lad who runs it. Answer is before a couple of months ago...No. Ive met him through our local club a couple of months ago and he seems to be doing alot for gaming down here.

Just because people are new and from the UK (where the company is based and doesn't do international shipping AFAIK) it's immediately sussed? Jeez get a grip.. I've been a member since 2012 but just haven't posted a lot! The only reason I started this thread is because of the customer service I'd received. Keep up the good work mate and don't hate the haters.. It's all publicity at the end of the day.

There's no "hate" here dude, but the thread was beginning to smell a bit sockpuppety, and as Dakka has a fairly liberal attitude towards people talking about their stores and products, it is a bit irrelevant to do so.

I was just curious if a lot of the people in this thread already knew each other, were helping out, were forming the basis for a real solid base of players and/or a club local to the store.
