This is my new great unclean one conversion for my chaos daemons. I didn't like the GW model plus i had a hellbrute still on sprues so I gave it a try. C&c is welcomed.

That's really cool mate. Very good conversion and great use of an ugly model.

Love the new gun barrels. The head is nice but could do with a higher position perhaps, between the shoulderblades. The hand could do with a more organic look on the palm. Otherwise impressive green stuff skills.

I agree with giving the hand more flesh, but I think the head looks best where it is. It gives the model a more swollen, hulking look.

I think its well done. I would recommend more attatching flesh and stringy muscle to better combine the metal and current flesh. That way it looks more like a complete body instead of a mix of a dreadnaught and flesh. Also, I would bulk out the head. The position is fine, but the head seems too small for such a huge body. Thicken out the neck and add something to the face... not sure what though.

I think it's more daemon Prince than great unclean one in size. Good conversion work though

Actually I will post tomorrow a photo of it next to my nurgle daemon prince. This one is quite bulky and it looks quite bigger than the prince.
Otherwise thanks for the great comments. I based the model with sand and I primed it today. I ve finished many other stuff for my csm army so be ready for a huge update on my painted and modeled showcase thread. More nurgle, more iron warriors and more night lords!
