finally finished my Malifaux crew.


And here's the gatling gun armed samurai, the reason I chose this faction. And me, being the history nerd that I am, copied the color schemes from actual suits of samurai armor.


Edit: Forgot about these guys. I went on a painting binge this weekend. Had them for a while and finally got around to painting them.

Going to work on my Imperial Knight some tonight. Take a break from olive drab, khakis and flesh tones.

Cleaning more models. Also priming. People with their 'winter is coming' memes have me on a preparation for the bad-for-rattle-can season. Gonna try to paint something... anything... if I get half a minute.

Its finally the 21st! Now that I'm on vacation for a week I am going to finish some basing on my guard, finish my Baneblade and start working on my Cygnar. It tis a good week.

I am going to crack open my wargames factory supply drop and see what kind of mess I've gotten myself into!

I'm up to my neck in survivors and zombie vixens now, why isn't it the Friday staring a three day weekend? Whyyyyy!?

Painting Hellstriders.

Had some time to kill today, so I delved into my box of unpainted stuff and pulled out the start of a 30k World Eaters command squad. I've built the Champion and Banner Bearer, not sure where the rest are going yet. I want at least one to be wielding the big-ass axe from the Rampagers set they're being converted from, and one might get a bolt pistol and Chainsword. I'm undecided whether or not to use the power-chain-flails. The Banner Bearer has a shortened one, but I don't know if a full one will be going anywhere.

Finish glueing my final Ronin from the Malifaux's "Hired Swords" box. The models are beautiful but they are an enormous PITA to glue, to say the least.

2/4 abominations from Leveticus' crew done, I want to start painting the next one.

Happened to lookat Mantic's wares and fell in love with them. Now im waiting for my order to arrive of megapaint set, some files and sculpting tools and box of zombies and couple of heroes. Should arrive next week!

Last night I finished up Azrael from Batman, an obscure but very cool character, and this evening I plan to crack on with the World Eaters models. I'm out of superglue so it'll have to be the one I've already assembled, but I've at least sorted out parts/poses for the rest, it's just a case of putting them together now.

Finished my M26 Pershing and a mortar team and now I'm going to paint a Hetzer.

With my Greatswords, this is kind of what I have been doing, and is quite manageable. The thing that takes me the longest is deciding what colors to paint each guy

Yeah, I'm struggling with colors. I think I made my elves too complicated when I decided to use more than one shade of blue. But it's going pretty well so far! So far being... one and half days.

But that's one and half less grey guys on my shelf.
