Not too shabby!
But that pic isn't kind for your face ,it's surely better in hand,
Just in case,if you have faces you don't really want to paint (I do this for the High elf spearmen with their tiny faces mostly hidden by their helmets ) a quick way to paint them is an even coat of dheneb stone (rakarth flesh in the new range it seems ) followed by a good coat of griphonne sepia wash (seraphim sepia )
Cheers!
Bob

Kingsley:
My thoughts exactly. Not sure why I even wanted scouts with shotguns all those months ago, Space Marines are more than capable themselves, not to mention my elites
Bob: Thanks, Not sure when I'm going to pick up new paint, the newest pot I have is about 2 and a half years old.

Alright, here come the other pictures of Sarge; Updated the OP with a shortened and slightly edited list. Missing my codex though :/ Can we have more than one squad of each kind of veteran?

You can, as per slot.
Sternguard: Elite
Vanguard: Fast Attack
Then the 2 higher-class veterans are HQ's (Honour Guard, in the Honour Guard squad and Command Veterans in the Command Squad)
So you can have up to 3 Sternguard and/or 3 Vanguard
EDIT: your colour scheme seems to have changed. i.e. more white, do you want me to update your avatar picture accordingly?

Vanilla marines don't Have limitations on squads That are regularly avalaible (that's any squad That don't require having say a captain or a chapter master) even the legion of the damned who appear in the special character part of the book aren't limited to one squad per army. For example i've played against someone using three sternguard vet squads in a Pedro kantor list

Bob

Awesome, I'll probably add more vets. Kingsley: The color scheme is supposed to be semi-random, but if you could that would still be awesome as I'm trying to paint 3 pieces of armor white. Progress report: COMPLETED: Sarge Chaplain Biker Tac Squad Alpha Brother 1 Test model (temporary Alpha Brother) WIP: Tac Squad Alpha Brother 2 Test base for a new basing technique. More orange/yellow than red. I'll post pictures tomorrow in the natural light (10:30 pm my time).
