The paintjob is stunning! Did you consider angling him forward a bit more? The upright pose makes it appear that he is more prancing than charging.

I love the glinting touches to the clean colors. Very rarely see people using that outside of non-metallic metals I don't think, i really love the outcome though. I wish my marines weren't all metallic metallics else id be tempted to go to those lengths.

Thanks man!! You can still achieve a glinting effect with metallics, its just about picking that point of reflection, and adding the brightest suitable highlight colour, with a dark shadow directly under. i like to use vallejo air chrome or vallejo metallic medium. You can even add white to bright silver for the extra shine.

Thankyou! Haha he is rather "prancy" but I wanted him to contrast to the original pose (very much charging) and also look like he is stepping back as he is pointing. When you see him as part of the diorama he is for, it will make more sense hopefully. Im working on a duel piece which is Kharn vs loken. He is removable from his display stand so can be switch to the duel piece/gaming/display base. Hope tha makes sense!
