So I have a base for my Inquisitor, I just need to remove his arms to give him Krieg arms so he fits in with both my army and 40k as a whole.

The only problem is that his left arm is up against his body AND his cloak, and the creature on his shoulder is sat on his shoulder plate, which I'd also need to remove. Anyone got any tips on how to remove the arm on the model pictured?

That's a tough picture. Maybe you could use the smaller file bit on a dremel and speed file it down? ...you'd likely have to do a little green stuff cleanup after.

You could also try resin casting him? ...best if you already have experience with this.

Hadn't thought about using a dremel. So far I've just kinda cut away at what I can get to with my clippers....

ID go with carefully filing away with a file.

Usually works well

Otherwise you can just hack the whole thing away blend it back with green stuff.

Jeweler's saws can give you a great amount of control when cutting metal models.

Greenstuff to patch where you screw up.

Working with metal minis is rough. Some lend themselves better to modification then others. Not for the faint of heart.
