Hi! Thought i'd start a thread to keep updating with new additions for my raptors army instead of a separate thread for each time i finish a model/unit.

Just finished up a terminator squad and drop pod, and a quick shot of everything so far. Next up is the other 5 tactical guys and a rhino

Just finished up a landraider for these guys. Very quick and simple paint scheme, lots of dry brushing and sponging but i feel it adds to the grittiness of the chapter.

Also is a photo of the full force so far

I don't know what it is, but the simplicity of the Raptor's color scheme is so cool. You really nailed it with the color selection too, really like the white and black. Beautiful force

Woah, these are stunning for such a simple scheme, The colours to me have a very Vietnam War feel to me, Especially the Rhino looking like a M113 APC. Keep up the great work!

Amazing! What greens and browns did you use? Those two colors really complement each other, and contrast with the black/white very well.

P.S. I always liked the fluff surrounding the raptors. They're almost like an arm of the modern military today; a focus on transportation, command and control, and special ops. Their color scheme fits in perfectly with this kind of description.

I would just like to echo the comments above, this really is an exceptional job, a deceptively simple looking paint scheme executed brilliantly, well done!!

I would also like to express some display cabinet envy, that thing is Can you tell me any more about it please??

Thanks!!

Everything's looking baller! The simple, slightly modern militaristic feel of the dark green is quite interesting! These gentlemen would fit right in with some IG!

Raptors are always cool, yours are very well executed. te mass of olive drab could get a little repetitive, but you're judging well where and with which accent coours to break it up. This is especially true of the tanks.

Thank you! I was worried the rather mono-tone colour scheme could make the army a little visually boring, so I'm happy to hear I've avoided that

Should be adding more units soon!

Good stuff! I have always enjoyed the Raptors chapter and have been considering creating a small contingent.
