The body is just a possessed torso with left arm from the same. The right arm is a plague bearer as are the guts hanging down. The legs are from an old airfix game that i got at a carboot sale about 10000 years ago
They are the red plague because i was doing a nurgle themed crimson slaughter army and bought the red paints lol. Then Traitor legions came out and made that book obsolete
