Thought id give my Elysians a thread of their own.
Have had most of these for a long time. Only resently got round to bulking the Army out and building and painting them.

Here are some pictures to show what ive managed sofar. All my Valkyries and Vultures are the old resin ones from Forgeworld.

Last picture is the freehand diving eagle noseart i have on my Valkyries and Vultures.

These guys have come along, looking good SDKFZ.

I always wanted an Elysian Drop Troop army, they had the coolest Sentinels.

Shame that living inside buildings costs money, or else I would had some.

@ Lathe Biosas: Theyve always been on my "to do/need to have" list. Have almost 100 troops and then some sentinels and Tauroses all painted up and ready to deploy.
Need to get the Valks and Vultures sorted........

Loving the paint scheme on both vehicle and infantry. We'll all need to see the Tauros and Venators too! Did you get any of the new plastic kit to 'modify' back to it's elysian format?

Here are some pics. of my converted GW Venators. Did one as a standard Venator for my Harakoni Warhaks and then i did a normal 4X4 Tauros by shortening the Venator.

Nice consistency. Your Elsians look great. I would never have known your Tauros was a conversion if you didn't say specifically.

Looks fantastic. a buddy of mine bought an entire buggy themed elysian army about 10 years ago. played it a few times but never painted it.

Nice to see a complete force. i own my own in epic scale because i could not afford a full size force

Here are the pictures ! First the Elysians with their Harakoni Warhawk friends. This picture is over a year old, loads have been added...i need to take some new pictures....
Then we have two pictures of the Warhawks Tauroses as they looked in bare plastic.

That's a really impressive army! Very mobile. I like the added gear stowed inside your vehicles. Very on theme.

Interesting work on the Tauroses. What did you use there? The new Plastic kit from GW and some kind of resin upgrade kit?

@ Warboss_Waaazag: Thanks a lot Boss ! Thats what i was going for. The fluff tells how they have to carry all their supplies with them.

@ Pyroalchi: Cheers ! Yepp, the base is the GW Venator but everything else (almost) is scratchbuilt by me from plasicard.

Always nice to see these figures getting collected and painted. They become rarer every year.

What color are your bases?

I've always thought about doing an homage to the Desert Rats and the 17/21 Lancers (as Imperial Knights).

Heck, the Brits were rolling in Crusaders in Libya.

SKDFZ does like his desert patterns.

Those Tauros look nice and tempting. I may have to put a couple on the list.
The Valkyries are great looking. I need to pull mine out and repaint.

Very cool Tauros, gonna have to re-read your blog for ideas now that I have bought myself one!
