So the purifers and purgation squads combat squad. The 4psycannons jump into the chimeras and the halberds jump in the psybacks. The servitors just sit and plasma the crap out of stuff.

Sort out the servitor problem, i also don't see why they are in the list in 4 units, a unit of 1 with a shooty character sitting at the back of the board fair enough, the biggest advantage of coteaz is that you can take numerous units of DCA's/crusaders (my preference for arco's aside).

You also don't have a lot of decent combat units, you'll have 4 units of 5 man squads in AV 11 trucks, a decent combat unit (termies, licheguard, death company, honour guard, any form of ork, ogryns even) and even if you roll perfectly fine you'll be blown up when they attack back
