When we walk towards the nightbloom field i see that the merchant is coming back. I walk towardss his shop and lay down 5 gold coins. Then we walk on towards the nightbloom fields

when you get there you see the flowers still in thier pods and after brushing back a couple of triffods you see a wollen blanket and a hamper layed out on the grass with some thin tallow torches planted around it all.

Then he places the stone into her circlet and puts it back on. "THis is my soulstone if i die my soul will be transported to this stone."

His arms are long and battered and one of his hands appears to have been cursed as its no more than bones but still functional. He nods politely to you as you walk past but you notice a smirk on his face that makes you uneasy

to your surprise you can easily wrench the iron apart, it was clearly only meant to trap a mage, the woman crawls out of the cage holding her staff and drops out, you go to catch her before she hits the gorund but she twists in mid air and "Lands" about a foot abouve the ground on her feet.

And then they were all slaughtered, by a malignant prescence that was named plague.

Here the narrative ends but you pick it up after searching for Plauge in the holy records around that time. He was described then as Primus, First, the Origional

He was described as being a being created of a thousand undead locusts, that morphed and shifted into their desired shape, a single mind ruling them utterly. When a locust is swatted or killed anouther climbs out of the ground beneath it. No matter the substance.

It was said that plaugue was immune to death he could not be killed. He was a master of necromancy and ressurected the 10 Ataani as his own. They were named the Sons of Plague.

You loose the story there and have to search for a long time before you find it again. The story returns with a description of the aftermath of a battle. 'The bodies were charred and bruised. they all seemed to suffer aiments that brought them out in spontaneous fits of Ferul's peace, (Also known by some as combustion) the warriors affected thus are from both sides of the battle and no weapon here can cause these wounds and there are no mages here that could have projected the required spell. Thus i conclude that a third party was present, one powerful enough to kill 15000 elite warriors without losing one of thier number. and from the times of death. Capable of killibng these warriors simoultaneously with a single spell. One of the bodies recovered is marked with the sigil of the locust. The symbol of the Primus, It is romoured that Plague has risen for himself a cohort of what he calls his "sons". These are probably the sorcerors who culled this army."

i draw my sword and flip it to show the blunt edge, and readied to strike. (Dont wanna kill her if i can help it... yet)

(Eckeon) The Sorceress notices your motion and takes it as an offensive gesture, she faces her palm downwards and is propelled backwards into the air where she hovers. Her staff angles down towards one of your party members and he is raised screaming into the air and then explodes violently, and fromt he explosion come arcs of lightening that strike down more of your firends and the blood of those men eats into the stone for a few seconds before dissapating, clearly it had become acidic.


(Noccy) (The spell from the battle report?) The Sons of Plague are the only Ataani who ever had that particular deformation. However the deformations of our people are caused by the armour we wear, it is crafted by our shamans out of the liquid obsidian found in the pool of tears. Their weaknesses are the same as any Ataani, however once Primus changed them, they became something that we do not know how to defeat. But we will still try"

And about the spell that is stated here. Points on the paper.

ok skip the niceness, flip blade to edge side and charge the sorceress. "I'll keep her busy archers make your shots count." I take a large sweeping swing at her.

(Eckeon) The Blade whistles through the air and keeps on whistling, she livitates smoothly out of reach and the archers miss thier shot, her next spell gouges out on of the massive pillars holding up the room instead of gouging YOU, you having dived out of the way. She screams in rage

The woman sends a bolt of lightening at the chains which rip down your arms and hit your chest, knocking your face and throwing you backwards into anouther pillar

OOOWWW! Ok that hurt... but the pillars... could try to collapse them all and cave the room in on her, but got to get the men out first, did any of the archers score a hit while she was focused on me.

Lets try this again, this time throwing one chain around my sword and throw the other at the woman... hopefully itll ground out and not hurt as much.

The woman grins and simply flicks her staff in your direction. A dozen bolts of lightening arc out fromt he staff and hit the end of your blade, the shocks travel the length of the weapon and cover your body with intense heat and blinding light for a second and the travel down your other cahin through your sword and into the ground.

You crash backwards into the ground and your momentarily stunned and in great pain, your entire body has large areas of burns on it and in places your armour has welded shut.

The archers however manage to score several direct hits on her, this pisses her off

(Noccy) "Of course lad, here come with me, theres someone I'd like you to meet."

We follow him.
"Lets hope it isnt a booby trap." Kozac said laughing.

Seeing the rest of the party leaving, Edon gathers his things and mounts his horse, quickly following behind the two saytars.

(The group) The new party member ingratiates himself quickly inot the group, as anouther warrior the party realises that Ranun would no longer have to bear the burden of the enemies frontal assaults.

Several days of travel bring the group within sight of the walls of the unholy fortress of Karak-Muraz. The city is burning, and not through unholy fire, but quite the opposite. Dozens of Federation and Order siege weapons are casting great missles into the walls which then explode with holy fire. The Federation soldiers and Daemons already on the plain are also Embattled with hundreds of walking dead. Amidst this conglomeration of skeletons and liche's is a massive figure clad in gold plate atop a massive Chariot pulled by undead warhorses, Barded in the same golden Metal.

Ranun growls in his throat as he recognises the Undeathknight who fought him at the battle of Phobos. And the other party members who were present at that battle also note the brutal warrior laying waste about him with powerful spells.

A single pure horn note echos from behind the party and they all turn to see the knights of Phobos marching towards them on foot. Their armour rent and torn but otherwise they look unharmed and ready for battle. A strange lilting cadence rises and falls on the wind and Ranun can recognise the sounds of a Chant of speed. The litanies of the Knights of Phobos reaching to him through the dawn light. When the Knights get closer they salute the Satyr and his party. Tyranic walks forwards his longsword and shield in hand.
"Hail Satyr, your arrival is timely, Phobos must have brought you to us in our time of need. May the goddess shine upon this plain as we prepare to do battle with our foes.!!!!"



(Nocturne and co) The Ataani all get to know the assassins however soon anouther comes through the great arched door and speaks in a hissing growl to the other Ataani. Soon they are readying themselves to march.
"The Son of Plague has left the city and is headed east to the unholy city. Our scouts say he may attempt to join with the Undead forces fighting there, if he does we will surely have a great battle on our hands to vanquish him. We must make all haste!!"


(As you all may have noticed this city is the next location of the great events of this Act. I will attempt to guide all of the Nearby parties towards it and you will have quests and objectives given to you once there. The Parties objective is to rout the Undead and/or Daemonic forces at the city. The Undead objective (Mordo) is to resist the forces of Light and fire long enough for the Son of Plague to join you, and the goal of the Assassins is to kill the Son of Plague before he meets the undead forces massing at the city.)

(Eckeon) The pillar chatters under your might and the temple roof groans ominously as three of the pillars (total 8) have been shattered. however your energy is failing you arnt sure if you have the willpower to force you body to destroy the remaining columns, somthing in the sorcerousess magic is sapping even your prodigal strength.

"Marta!" Edon exclaimed, "It is good to see you again. I will aid you in this battle and, together, we will vanquish these dark fiends."

“To Battle! For Phobos and for the Free World!” Edon bellows to the party. His magnificent horse rears up, as he pulls on the reigns.
He reaches for his staff, and raises it high above his head as he begins to formulate a spell. The Mantle of Orpheus glows with power as the spell gains energy. Darath raises his staff, lending his skill and might to the spell too.

Edon’s eyes and amulets writhe with energy as he draws every ounce of magical strength he can muster. The air around the jewel on his staff crackles with a magical blue lightning, and the light from the gem becomes brighter than the sun.
The Knights of Phobos cover their eyes to protect themselves from the light.

Edon drops his staff, angling it towards the city and unleashes the power in one great blast of lightning. The spells stream towards the city, all the different colours of magic spun together to form one massive bolt of magical energy. It hurtles across the battlefield, over the heads of the soldiers of the light, and quickly reaches the city walls. It bursts into the city and explodes, incarcerating the forces of darkness with its pure power.




(Spells cast were: Ligntning Wave, Soul Strip, Infernus Umbra, Freeze Lighting, Blaze, Ice Flare, Disintegration Lance and Lashing Vines)

We will see you at the unholy fortress or we can all travel through the shadows but on second thoughts i think thats unsafe because of the shadow wraiths. But we will see you at the gate." Aurella and i step in the shadows. "Here we go." I use shadowstep to get towards the gate.

This woman sapping my strength but how? Even with a few arrows protruding from her she seems unharmed and full of energy, there must be some way to stop her at least from draining me anymore so i can drop the pillars...

in a big circle your on one side so theyre all next to each other, but your fairly sure that they are magically enchanted to hold up the roof if at least one of them remains

(Eckeon) She cackles above you and readies anouther burst of lightening you look at her and pale as you see her teeth. Shes a vampire. And shes channeling her life draining abilities through her magic.

(The Party)
Edons spell wreaks havok destroying thousands of skeletons but to your shock and horror they all begin rising once more. Every single one of them.

Marta Acknowleges the Party and Greets Ranun especially warmly before pointing to the chariot born warrior.
"Hes the issue you see. But dont worry I have a plan.

He has some kind of warding set up around him that prevents magic from affecting him nearly as much as it should. But he is arrogant enough not to do the same for phisical damage. So heres the plan. I need half of my knights and the spell asters in your party to begin pushing the skeletons back, or at least stopping them from advancing. While the other half of my knights, Ranun, Rarora and this new Satyr here. I must learn your name at some point Friend. We will assault the fell Undeathknight directly and try to bring him down.

Unfortunatley we have a problem. My allies at the City of our Goddess have reported that one of the Sons of Plague, only hell knows where he came from as it is not the one imprisoned beneath the city, is approching attempting to reach the undead forces here to reinforce them, This will make them Nigh impossible to defeat with the Daemons here also. We are going to have to either defeat the undeathknigt or the Daemons before that son of Plague gets here. But we dont have the resources or time to do both."

(The assassins) The Ataani mount up on huge horses the size of small cottages they look to be the right size for the Humoungous warriors however.

Proto and Aurella run up to the group.
"Were coming with you"

You dont see any need to argue, ever weapon and spell would be needed to defeat such a powerful Undeathknight. (The general class that the Sons of Plague fall under)

The treak sets out in earnest, The son of PLague is fast, and he isnt wasting any time. However with the horses and the Ataani's mounts you are quite capable of catching up to him on the thrid day.

He has stopped for reasons you cant fathom. He doesnt need rest or sleep so why would he stop just after midmorning and set up what could be seen as a camp? About 500 metres from the side of the road he has made a small fire and with the rolling plains all around there is no cover to hide him from you. Or vice versa...

(You will all notice that my posts have significantly more detail in them (Sorry about yours eckeon im getting there XD) this is because im sure that if the posts are filled with more detail then it would make the gaming experience better for everyone. Now Im not saying you have to do 100 word+ posts each time however it would be nice for you to put some effort into making this read like the story it is

"Indeed I am ready, but first there is one more thing that your armour is missing that it requires. I had to see if you were truly ready before giving it to you but here it is."

He reaches to his neck and presses against it. a long semi circular piece of Metal with a starrose Diamond embbedded in it is taken away from his throat armour. He reaches into his pack and replaces it with a slightly different but no less ornamental piece befoer handing the first to you.

"This is the Gorget of the herald. I mearby name you. Ranun the 118th Herald of Phobos. Any holy enchantment or chant that you cast will have its power magnified by this gorget. Also you make requisition warriors to aid you in whatever task it may be, so long as that task is to do with hunting iether undead or Daemons and additionally. If those men are from one of the holy orders or the Federation itself. You are now taking on my position and I can attain the rank that I was meant to have 115 years ago. The Ascendant of Phobos. You may not relinquish this rank. And if you die Phobos will see fit to ressurect you and have you continue in your quest. The only way to pass on this rank is to the Next herald. You will know, when the time comes who that will be. The gorget has one other property. It will prevent your body from aging or falling from its peak. The only way your body may change now is if it improves."

Marta also turns to the Satyr, "Of course warrior". He has one of his knights come forwards who conjures Angel plate from the Air, not quite as regal As Ranuns Set, but similar. also an angelic blAde falls into your hand which morphs into the shape of a silvery Khopesh.

Ranun started shaking lightly, and bowed his head. "I am honored once again by you Marta, though why you have decided I was worthy enough for such a task, I do not know. I will serve Phobos steadfastly as long as the sun shines down on this dark world, and as long as the woods breath life."

Ranun rises, and color once again returns to his face. A smile breaks across his face, and he turns to the Knights of Phobos and raises his voice, "Come, let us finish it... I yearn for our good fellowship and feasting after the battle." Ranun raises his mace, and starts the charge into the undead.

Ok here we go then, the battle begins.

The knights arrayed before you look grim. They clearly have encountered the undead in this force before and look almost unnerved at having to fight them once more.

However once you see them charge all thoughts of them being unnerved are swept out the window. They form up into a solid wedge with Marta at the tip of it, infront of the wedge is anouther wedge, with the other knights forming the vanguard.

The charge is short and adrenaline filled as you fall into your place to Marta's left with your new satyr friend (Im sorry shroud it takes me a while to get everyones names sorted) on Marta's right. The charge takes you deep into the lines of undead. None can stand before the might and fury of the Knights of Phobos and even the Undead pikemen fail to prevent the charge as the Knights fire bursts of holy wite light at the skeletons disintegrating or blinding them.

Edons magic ripples over the forces of undead freezing or disintegrating them. And vines smash out of the earth gripping the skeletons and distracting or immobiliseing them enough that they cant defend themselves from your furious charge.

The first wedge splits and the econd wedge carges through the gap and MArta's voice rises on the wind with a sharp invocation. From his sword tip a lance of pure light rips out and obliterates al of the foes before him allowing the wedge to force its way deeper. However it was trapped, the undead with any form of body left being reanimated and repaired to thier former state. Although the ones killed by the holy magic of the knights stayed dead for far longer before the unholy magic ressurected them.

All around you the skeletons have to deal with three fronts, your force, the Federation's remaining soldiers and the Daemons who are defending thier Infernal Keep.

I steady myself and prepare to fire this one in a million shot at the center on this carnage, the gold clad figure atop this chariot. I feel the wind in my air and i gently fade out all other distractions of the battle from my mind, seeing only the glow of the leader of the horde. Soon even detail slips from my sight till i can only see the foe as a sharp golden shape. My body is reluctant to move, as it seems like i have stood still for as long as i can think. Finally ready to fire i anticipate what my target is going to do and fire. The blood slowly seeps back into my limbs and i stumble, the feeling of movement suddenly strange to me. Thinking back, i look up startled, to see the bolt on target and only meters from the golden man. I hope i hit.

(GM...) The bolt flys through the air and as you look up it buries itself into a Minute crack that you discovered. His armour writhes about him and cracks appear spreading all over it.

The Golden warrior screams in rage. A cold sound that flattens the Federation warriors to the ground. Even the Daemons are momentarily pushed back. However The knights of Phobos and thier allies are unnaffected. The sound seems distorted and muted through the haze of whatever Marta and his knights are chanting.

The Golden warrior turns his attention to the knights and wrenches the bolt from his armour. Throwing it to the ground he charges his chariot forwards towards the Knights.

(Ok im sorry guys but I cant initiate a PVP until Mordo gets back so those of you who know of him i ask you to Beseech him through P to answer the call to arms....)

(so i did some major damage or just a little, because what i did sounds good.)

Anyway.

Relieved at the hit of the shot and the damage done the foe, i sling my single shot crossbow and unsling my repeter, armed with teris bolts, better to combat the horde. I momentarily check that my hand axe, sword and newly rejuvinated set of exploders are still at my belt and form up on ranun, ready for the counter attack.

(for those wondering teris bolts return to my crossbow after they hit the target, so no reloading!)

The Golden Knight has to swerve his chariot aside as he feels a shudder rush through tis frame... He knows that shudder.

The earth Splits and smashes apart, huge chuncks of Rubble thrown up into the air as a MAssive Undead Serpent smashes its way out of the Earth. ITs Vertebrae 15 Feet in Diameter it was a truly Gigantic Beast. Its huge maw filled with Hundreds of Razor sharp fangs and plates of Serrated Bone.

Marta Baulks slightly at the Titanic Serpent but his steely resolve Returns as He raises his shield Ready to combat the Foe Standing Between them and the Undeathknight.

"ok i think we can better make sure there is no way for him to flee we need to encircle him. Me and my former party will take the center and you will complete the circle. He says teasing but with a undertone which is stating importance (she actually is his master.) "We must prepare for the worse. Do you know the binding ritual? She nods and the Ataani roll thier collective eyes.

"Listen Here Youngun. We dont answer to you we have been hunting these monsters since before you were born. We will circle him because its the right thing to do, not because you told us to. And watch for his magic. He will use it. Dont mistake him for old and doddery. He is more lethal with every passing day.

Ranun jumps back in surprise when the beast breaks the surface, but soon regains his bearings and charges at the beast. While running towards the beast, he draws his spiked kanobo and puts his mace in its place. As he grips his old friend, holy flames dance upon it.

He moves for the midsection of the beast, but has his kanobo ready to strike at the head if it lunges for him. When he strikes at the mid-section he swings so that the spikes go under the scales directly into the flesh (so swing from the direction of the tail to the direction of the head).


(I'll attempt inquisition, and am using flames of purgation if you hadn't guessed.)

(Noccy) The Ataani picks you up of your horse as you move past and you look at him while the horse comes back around.

i quickly run a circle around the beast to look for any weaknesses in its armor

The Earth erupts next to you as a massive bony tail lashes out of the Ground and smacks you hard. Your feel a bit shattered as your body flys through the air and you hit the ground next to the group.

"wow quite an aggresive stance because of a simple question. And why are you guys so pissed towards me? The Ataani Blinks once before raising his hand. Your steed Dissapears and you hit the ground then you realise your immobilised. Nothing you do can change that. You try to shadowstep out of it but of course you cant move so that doesnt work either.

The Ataani walks up to you and looks down
"I wish you would stop being so arrogant. Yes Im mre than 2000 years old and I dont have any grey hairs. Tough. Yes your Immobilised because of your overly hostile comments. Tough. Yes i can see the bond tattoo that you have with this woman. Tough. Do you wnat me to torture her until you die and then some? No? Well I would be nicer to your elders if I were you"

He abruptly releases you from the spell and your suddenly atop your mount again.
The Ataani moves onto his mount and begins to ride towards the west flank.

(Btw Raptorstallon you can get spells like that at a significantly higher level)

"Aurella be ready for we are entering the son of plague but we are going to wait for the ataani to do something because else i risk you even more. I think those ataani never met someone else of a different race because they are quite hostile. I am just trying to protect you." He jumps of his shadowfiend and lands followed by aurella then the shadowfiend dissapears. "Priority one. You are safe ok? Because i think this is a trap."

"Of course its a trap, that monster knows were here but what other choice do we have?"

"Trying to keep ourself alive while we try to kill him. Here you have luniers crossbow. I will stay at your side. Remember that there where sneaky things underground? As it said in that record? Well it can be here as well."

"Do you mean plague? Surely he wouldnt attack us?"

"Lets say its always a possibility."
He nods to the ataani that he is ready.
"Here we go"

The Ataani Already in position begin to move forwards. The SoP (As he will be known i cant be bothered writing it out all over again, just for the record Plague used to be known as Blight but then i tried to do that with the Sons of Blight and well.. you work it out. anyhoo) had been aware of your prescence for a while and had drawn his sword made from albino obsidian.

One of the Ataani raises a hand and you all stop and the Ataani speaks.
"Do you know whay we have come Lithster?"
The SoP raises his head to the Speaker and opens his mouth. the voice that comes out is soft and melodic but also at the same time is no louder than a hiss but you can hear him without trouble
Yes... I know why you have come my brothers. You wish to... Punish? Me for my suppossed sins..."
"Yes we are here to end you Lithster"

Ii prepare for something to come out of the ground while aurella fires arrows in him. (He also watches the sop for his reaction

(noccy) The crossbow quarrels seem to slow down as they approach the SoP allowing him to calmly pluck them out of the iar one by one as they get close enough

The other Ataani use this as the time they need to get closer and then they charge on foot. One firing massive arrows from a bow the size of a Ballista, anouther charging forwards with a pair of longknives in his hands. One is closing with a long shafted spear and two more close with swords.

The arrows fired by the Ataani are dodged succinctly, you arnt sure why but they arnt affected by the SoP's spell. His sword however is scarily fast, parrying and blocking at a speed you couldnt think possible as he holds of the attacks of all the Ataani Simoultaneously and you watch in Awe as the Assassins use each other like weapons and almost as an extension of thier own body, blocking attacks meant for a friend or calmly striking even when the SoP's sword was travelling for their head confident that one of their brothers would block it.

It makes you sick to realise that one of the SoP's is holding of this many of his kin who are just as old as he is. One of them. What would happen if two or more were in the same place? you shudder at the thought.

However i will point out a bit of common knowlege.

In computer games have you ever noticed that regardles sof how big the creature its always damageable often by your basic swings? Im not saying thats the best way to go about this but this creature is certainly not invulnerable. and remember its still an undead.

No this is about the fact that we need to attack from different angles he can block many of them but not all of them plus us just trust me. He takes aurella by the hips and throws her up then he executes his plan

I really don't want to kill a lot of the knights of phobos.... but I'm not seeing a way around it....

"Archers!!! Fire at its eyes!"

(Bringer) The Knights not and you also notice some crossbow quarrels digging into its eyesockets and you turn around seeing the stout little dwarf, You had forgotten about him. The Serpent flicks its head from side to side clearly aggravated by the inssecant firepower being thrown at it.

Its head writhes from side to side as it trys to shake the arrows out. You see some of them patter to the ground thier shafts shattered but alnogside these you also notice small chunks of Bone.

You step into her shadow your knife blurring through the air as you twist on the spot your hand moving through first the air and then flesh, you misduged and your hand becomes loged int the back of one of the Ataani's legs. Phobos, guide our blades, strengthen our hearts, protect us.

Holy flames dance around his mace as he yells "Phobos will protect us!!" and thus he leads the charge against the undead apparition, and starts chanting:

Flesh is weak, the soul is eternal
Guide us now as we slay the infernal

Give us strength, courage and the power to fell
Those creature that breed in the pits of hell

(Gm...) The Knights take up the Improvised chant and Marta nods appreciativley. "Now your getting it Boy!!"

The Knights charge forwards and begin hacking at the beast. It Hisses in Rage and its tail swoops low and nearly catches you but you were ready for it. Hacking down brutally you catch one of the vertebrae and it thunds audibly into the ground and the Snake hisses again. You feel a rushing sensation and you dive out of the way just as the Serpents jaws snap over where your head was.

(I just had a few second because I'm busy... srry for complete lack of originality - but I feel as though it is better than nuthin. G-night)

Through the haze of battle which lay across the battlefield, Edon sees his freinds battling a huge undead serpent. He watches them swing and shoot at it, seemingly doing little more than annoying it.
He raises his staff high above his head, channeling power from the mantle he wore.
The gem glows bright, and a dark bolt of lightning surges forwards. It blasts across the knights heads, and smashes into the serpents flank, ripping into its soul.

(That was Soul Strip BTW)

The Serpent turns its massive head towards you and shakes itself. A light haze of dust falls from its massive frame and then it arches its head burrowing into the earth infront of it. The knights of Phobos are thrown wide and then you realise your problem as the ground explodes beneath you throwing you high into the air. The serpents mouth opens beneath you and your falling towards it but at the last second you fire a lance of energy at the Serpent and its head tilts to the side where you find yourself rolling along its bumpy vertebrae on the way to the ground.

(I'm on its back right?)

As I slide down the serpents back, I pull my dagger from its scarberd on my belt.
It glows with magic, as it ram it into the back on the undead snake, underneath its scales, gouging a hole in its flesh. I put my staff to the wound, still clinging on to my dagger which is in the snakes flank, and cast a multitiude of spells. I cast everything I can think of, fire, ice, lightning, all run into the wound.
The snake rears and trys to throw me off, but I stay on its back untill I have finished casting.
Finaly, I rench my dagger from the beast, and jump to the ground. I land on my side, and slide across the dusty field.

Before the strikes hit i pull back the ataani. I dont follow anyone except for aurella she is my master and she will be the one who makes the decisions and we will never join you. I take out my swords after i caught aurella and i shadowstep inside the place the ataani left

The SoP is expecting you and swings his sword down in a blistering arc towards your head.

I start to run towards the undead monstrosity firing as i do, straight at its eyes, to hopefully direct its attention away from the vunerably edon.

I still have the Dragoran Sword and my Talisman, both of which protect me from damage, including magic, also, Darath can cast Healing Aura on me which will heal any wounds.

It if kills you you cant be healed.

But it would heal as I take damage.

soon in the PVP youll be able to see your stats for the first time (If your alive) (I have set up this new PVP system to allow for more "True to gameplay" battling) and you will see that mages are not the most resilient of characters and thier magic is rather powerful....

(Rarora) Your quarrels again make the Serpent turn to you. And you get a good look at its face. IF your honest with yourself oyu and your firends are doing damage to it but it is still very. Very much ready to kill you.

Ranun smashes his mace as hard as he can on one point of the serpent, over and over. (desired effect is to create a hole in it...)

If successful, Ranun would jump inside the undead serpent and continue to smash it, in the safety of its own body

You find a simpler way, slipping between two of its ribs you start smashing away at all the ribs you can reach. The serpernt writhes and hisses at you and your only worry now is that it descends back into the round with you in it

By now most of your army has been tied up having to deal with the three factions oppossing you. Unfortunatley your Mounted archers can no longer fire due to lack of arrows. the battle has been going on for a long time.

Ranun tries keeps balanced as best he can in the writhing skeleton. He starts climbing forward, working his way towards the head. When he is within a few feet of the skulls, he swings his mace with all his might at where the vertebrae meets the skull.

Ambitious I see...

(GM...) Your mace swing ends short as the Serpent bucks violently and you find yourself over epmty space.

Ranun holds onto the vertebrae with one arm, and he slings his mace over his back and then uses the other arm to climb closer to the skull. At least now he was diverting the attention of the serpent away from the knights of Phobos.

As soon as he is within reach, he holds onto the skeleton with one arm and swings again with his mace.

The mace hammers into the base of the Serpents skull and it writhes sideways hissing loud enough to temporarily deafen you. Then the creature is moving down towards the ground.. head first...

Ranun drops to the ground and puts his mace between two ribs on one side, then he takes out his kanobo and does the same. (So this thing is descending into the earth? The ribs will hopefully break against my weapons supported by the ground XD)

I shadowstep behind him. (Dont the ataani use this oppertunity)

The weapons dont snap at the impact of the Serpent however one of its ribs does. The weapons fly out of the serpents path after the shock and kinetic energy propel them away and you catch your mace and run to get your kanabo before the tailof the beast swoops round and smacks you in the back, sprawling you next to your weapon. In mild levels of pain you get up looking around. The serpent doesnt rise again. Two of the Knights are downed. But due to quick thinking on your part and that of the party at large none are dead.

The Charioteer however notices you...

(Mordo) Rage boils in your mind as you realise that they defeated the serpent...

The Ataani ignore you waiting for the SoP to attack them, they had managed to stanch theyre brothers bleeding and the archer sends you a mental message. It irks you how so many of the Ataani can do this but you ignore that fact as you listen to what he says.

to the remaining ataani, She's vampiric if you have anything to fight a vampire now would be a good time to use it!

the pillars are goin to take to long to break and it makes me vulnerable to the ranged attacks, could try to close in on her again. But first I need to be faster.

I run to another pillar, the witch expecting me to tackle the pillar again sends a lightning bolt towards the pillar in order catch me in the air striking the pillar, but that was not the plan, the pillar still had a large chunk blown out of it. It still had enough leftover to provide cover, which I used and then shed my armor... wont help me against lightning anyways. With my armor no longer weighing me down my speed is increased, hopefully enough to outpace the spells and once close enough outmanuever her and either knock her out or kill her if need be.

Here goes nothin... I take a running start around the pillar charging into a dead run luckily dodging the lightning bolts all the way to her, knowing she was levitating I leap at her tryin to catch her before she can back away from my grasp...

She giggles in midair and her teeth sink into your neck sucking greedily and holding you up by only her mouth you feel no pain but a strange numbing sensation and a pulling in every point in your body. After a few seconds you hit the ground in a huddle your neck seeping some kind of white Ichor clearly injected by her fangs

I shadowstep behind the sop and attack him. "And the rest can help your friend" he uses his secret weapon he uses an (instant kill ball remember i have 3 XD) he makes sure that he doesnt hit or possibly can hit an assasin and then he throws it. He waits for the ball to close in and activates it. The ball begins to spin and turns into multiple wires. The wires entrap the ataani and give the assasins a chance of attack.

The little ball does indeed hit the SoP who breaks the wires as if they were spider silk.

I jump away and shoot my 2 wristcrossbows at the sop.(in the shadows of the first salvo is a hidden salvo which cant be seen because of the fact that they are in the shadows.)

The SoP's curse is still active which slows the shot down enough that it doesnt hurt him when it hits. Your worried about his spped, if hes able to deul several ancient Ataani simoultaneously then he must be pretty darn scary

Edon strugled for grip as he bumped down the serpents back. He reaches the ground in a mater of seconds, and leaps forwards, running as fast as he can away from the creature.
He runs untill he reaches Raora, from where he continues to bombard the undead with magic.

I had to do a double take when i looked at the calculations for your mana count, it was a bit scary TBH, you could cast a 11th tier spell 15 times with that much mana. Thats just terrifying
