If you look closer then you may notice that if you will use this set for a certain popular model on a market then you will have to cut original model here and there to use our set as our product has exhausts at the back of a model instead of a top.
so, does the Legionary APC armor replace the existing model's sides, or do they slip over those parts? Is that top plate compatible with the APC armor?

1.it is add on, you mount it on whole model
2.yes, this top plate will work with extra armour but this plate is not add on, it replace the original one or you can use it if you do not have the original one
Got my hands on a few sets of the Orc Amoured Assault/ SMG squads and boy do I love them. They're perfect in terms of design and quite alright in casting. Some parts had some issues with bigger than usual mold lines and some warping, but nothing I couldn't fix.
I got 30 boys for 66€ in a sale which is of course a lot cheaper than they usually go for (99€ if you order the big set from kromlech directly).
I do have some issue though... I ordered 2 melee and 1 smg squad and 3 boxes arrived with stickers on them saying "2 melee and 1 smg)... unfortunately, inside were 2 smg squads and only one melee squad ;(
Not the end of the world, but this definately is something that shouldn't happen.

From the test we concluded, that plastic lighter miniatures won't have a problem. Resin, heavier ones might slide, but can also be balanced to stay!

Ugh. Why do you do this to me after I've nearly finished two Predator tanks? Please tell me you have a command vehicle turret planned with sensors, antennae and a comms dish. Throw in a more armored front section for a Rhino too, for good measure.

I thought folk might like to see what you get with the Tabletop Scenics terrain range
My barracks came in a shrink wrapped A4 sized pack
and once you tear it open you get that lovely singed wood smell, and a selection of wooden sheets with identification letters/numbers with the bits laser cut in them
plus an instruction sheet (in colour). Release pieces with a craft knife (don't just try and push them out), sand edges if needed, test fit (very important, finding a part with glue on already just won't slide into place is annoying), glue (PVA or superglue), complete assembly, spray with car primer to seal, then get painting

While I have zero interest in grot tanks, I do appreciate that the exhausts are separate pieces so that each copy of the same tank doesn't have to look exactly the same, befitting the trashy bespoke nature of Orky Things.

Sorry I know I was moaning on the release of the grot tanks for ages and then say nothing to the updates but unfortunately my time has been spent looking after my very sick dog but I have managed a little time whilst he is resting to have a peek and saw these updates.
They look amazing and great to know they wer still scratched built the old fashioned way, although the driver grots look amazing and benefited from the 3D sculpting. I will wait for the total release of 4 as I want them all, if I can resist from making that purchase lol

Please make some big jump pack orcs. I can get nice looking small ones in plastic, but big ones are really hard to find and I want some seriously beefy leaders for my units.
Ideally, I'd also like a bit of a Fallschirmjäger look to them and separate heads and arms so I can mix in various parts, but the important thing for me is that they are big.
My goblin tanks (and a few other models) just arrived! Nicely timed, as they were a birthday present to myself and it's tomorrow.
Not really looked at everything yet, but first impressions are very good. Detail is nice and crisp, no mold lines visible, everything seems well-planned to fit together easily, loads of options and cool parts...
Mine arrived today and have to say impressed, you really crammed the detail in to these little guys.
Not sure which one I like the most as its a close call, also they even detailed the under sides of the tanks.
Add to that the crew are are top notch each one has its own charm, also a great choice of weapon load outs so no issue there.
Also bought the Ork standard another great addition that is one bad ass model, you really lifted your game with these releases hope to see more like this in the near future.
Ok working on the grot tanks washing the resin and starting to remove parts from the sprue, noticed a couple of breakages with the broken bits missing from the bags so contacted you guys about sorting that out for me.
Also just found out I am missing the hatch sprue for grot scrap tank 2 ( grot with flags), damn the first one and missing the bits complete it
Have to say how much more I have noticed as to the detail while cleaning these up, whoever made these have crammed these full of it hope I can do it justice with brush work.
While doing this got me thinking will you guys be building a mega tank at all ? I soooooooo hope so love to see your take on that.
Also you guys really need to produce some grots in the style of the drivers, love to see some standalone grot characters maybe even some tank riders.
Incase you need the info I am missing this sprue and these bits were the broken missing bits.
Incidentally, does anyone know how much cleaning Kromlech resin needs? It feels really dry and clean, so I was wondering if I could get away without the usual scrubbing with detergent, ultrasonic cleaner, alcohol bath routine, or at least only have to do it once.
Since I did a mini review of the Tabletop Scenics Orc Barracks earlier in the thread I'll also show what I did with mine (built in 'mirror image' to the way the kit is designed due a 'built too late at night on too little sleep error). I've kept the watchtower that could be fitted to it loose for a separate project

It wasn't great news the tumour they removed was malignant so they have given the poor little guy 3 too 6 months due to it eventually spreading to other areas.
We could have had chemo but that would only prolong his life up to 6 months, which would have included constant trips and short stays too the vets ( which he hates ) along with sickness, diarrhoea and him feeling basically lethargic and generally bloody awful.
Also he would have to take some form of medication for his heart due to the side effects of the chemo, because of this we decided not to go that root and let him have best time he can for however long he has, we rather he is able to still do the things he likes doing.
So basically he gets more special treats, gets to play ball all the time and take the nice long walks he loves, along with a few hugs when he lets me .
Also great customer service, got a reply back all being sorted and sent out to me as soon as possible. Thanks for the great service guys.

This set contains 14 resin Industrial Lamps that can be used to decorate miniatures, bases or scenery. Designed to fit 28mm heroic scale.
I imagine those to be used for example with your buildings and inside of an APC vehicle. That warning yellow or red light inside !
Of course there are many more ways to use those but I will left this to your imagination

will you add some "big shootas" to your ork range in the distant future? I have our armoured orcs, which I love btw, but the lack of poper non great coat heavy weapons is a shame ... they just dont really work on the armoured bodies.

I see. The problem with regular ranged right arms is them being angled to link up with the left arm to hold a rifle two-handed; which takes it too far behind the shield.
It's no biggie though. It's not too difficult to change the angle of any right arm using some careful cutting and greenstuffing/milliputting to make it fit the shieldarms. So I'll manage

Please note that this model is quite big, approximately 14cm long, 7cm wide and 5cm height, so it will require trimming, fitting and probably some hot water or air.

Yeeesss, make alternate ‘track’ sections to convert the model to hover mode. Then make an alternate rear hatch that splits vertically. Then a front plate with a large calibre siege cannon. Maybe a more detailed top plate too…
Throw in a bottom plate and you accidentally’d a tank.
