I absolutley love the Dragonborn torsos. However the legs just don't do it for me. I think its the awkward knee guards. They look to big and kind of oddly shaped. Maybe a pic of them painted would help.

These releases have been the exact, diametric opposite of the disappointment that another company's "orktober" has been.
Since the goblin faces were resculpted I think these are also the best gobbos on the market. As a scratchbuilder I can't get enough grot crew, which is why presumably in the next few days I will be obliged to put in yet another order for the individual goblin crew that the cannons have.
I LOOOOOVE the new faces on the goblins. I was always very hesitant about Goblins from Kromlech because I both didn't particularly care for their faces, and because they were sooo different from the hordes of useless little gits I already had. The new gits are a huge improvement IMHO.
If I hadn't just picked up Speed Freeks and was anticipating a huge ork purchase again this weekend, I'd place an order right now. As it is, you may have to wait a week to get my teef.

Whilst I think resin upgrades for the terrain is a great idea, this particular statue is not terribly good. It has even worse proportions than the normal minimarines. The lower body is completely wrong scale, the arms are longer than the legs and about as thick.

I've not got the latest set but the (terrible) pic above is their industrial needle indicators which are probably going to be similar in size (from the number on the sprue the bigger one is probably most relevant) compared to a pox walker on a 25mm base

those are some large mushrooms, and will look fab on a diorama, or blinging up your Loonshrines and other goblin terrain

I dunno, it’d be good for some variety, maybe for your baron-designate or whatever, though it would still be cool to see a version fitted for the new legs.
I mean if you have a spare basic Imperial Knight and money to burn, it might be worth having the one unique Knight (though it still looks an awful lot like a normal Knight). Just poorly timed considering you'd be paying for a full Knight kit..and then this kit. Now that an actual Chaos Knight kit exists that's a doubly hard sell.
I'm sure they'll sell enough to justify having it on hand.

I got something from them last week after the Polish lockdown started, they used a courier (DPD) rather than the normal Polish post so it still got through
they're also still very active on facebook with new releases so I think you can order with confidence (but allow a bit longer for delivery I'd imagine)

It is with great sadness that we write to inform you that Artur Sęk, founder of Kromlech, beloved husband and father, passed away. He was a person known not only in our studio, but even before the creation of Kromlech, among the hobby stores, conventions and Polish Warhammer fans. Our thoughts go to Artur's family and loved ones. We will all miss him dearly.
Artur built everything in Kromlech from ground up, which for almost a decade kept growing and evolving to his joy. Miniatures he personally sculpted, casted and sent appeared all around the world - Juggernauts in Mecha-Armour, Sparkk Energy Cannon, Blitzkrieg 222 Assault vehicles are some among the unique pieces he created, named and brought to you.
For other Kromlech's creations like Orc Tigerwagon, know that at one moment he gave both thumbs up, with a big smile of approval on his face.
He would sing around the workplace or make simple jokes & pranks on some of us - giving us a laugh, asking about our days and moving on to meet others. He never ceased to be a warm person, finding fun and happiness in the world around him, which made him so many great friends.
He was always proud of his family - the one he had in his home, the second in his workplace and the third one of the same importance to him - fans that had shown joy at stores, message boards and social media over what he had done. Moreover, if there was a piece of Warhammer lore, he would know it. His bookshelves are still heavy with the very first Warhammer publications. He believed in his heart in everything good in this hobby.
When you see something which originated from Kromlech, whether it's on a gaming board, hobby desk or collection cabinet - remember that he was the one who brought it to life.
Artur will be greatly missed and fondly remembered. The Kromlech will continue its journey to the future he planned for us, continuing Artur's ideas, driven by the same energy he so graciously gave us.
You can offer your respectful condolences and thoughts on his legacy below.
Yeah, I saw that in my facebook feed earlier today. Truly the loss of a true Warboss, a true creative visionary that had a true passion for all things green and mean. Very sad to hear about his passing, it's one less person who really knew what Orks were all about.
Sad to hear this news. A few days ago I posted a Kromlech mini on my Instagram, kept scrolling and came across the announcement about three minutes later. He was an original.
I just got some minis from Kromlech today (and ordered more yesterday). One of my most favorite things about their ork models was the number of orks who just look like little happy guys, waving at the viewer. Though it may not be very GW-grimdark, it just makes me happy seeing them. I hope that his whole family knows how many gamers and modelers he has given a little bit of joy through his work.
I recently received my first order from Kromlech and I’m very happy. The resin is nice quality and the pieces are just lovely - mainly IG kit and legs/ torsos.

Kromlech never fails to do great Ork stuff, though.
These look good, but it seems odd that they are competing with GW kits which actually look good already. I see no reason to buy a set of resin flash gitz when the GW plastic kit is basically perfect. Likewise, the stormboyz GW sells are good except for their undersized nob, which this kit doesn't fix (I'd buy a kit of jumpback boss models to lead my stormboyz).
I guess these planes are competing with the FW ones rather than the plastic GW ones, so they have the advantage of actually being available, as well as competitive pricing and superior quality control.
Warlord and ship-wagon at least provide something which looks different to the GW equivalent.
