The poor man really has a stake in the country. The rich man hasn't; he can go away to New Guinea in a yacht. The poor have sometimes objected to being governed badly; the rich have always objected to being governed at all

I love you! [EDIT]: Wait... the missile launcher isn't in the big tower? It's on the lower deck? That's a dangerous place to put a missile Launcher. [EDIT 2]: The Megaforces and Green & Pink cases say 'while stocks last'. The Fortress of Redemption does not...

The Megaforces are kinda lame, huh?
Compared to the old one, the SM one lost:
-razorback turret
-commander
-command squad got swapped for 5 more tacticals
The Ork one just seems to have been a case of "pick a sprue, throw 4 of it in the box, repeat"

The Fortress is only 60 pounds ( about $100.00 US dollars)? I expected it to be more.
Also I wonder if the base of that tower matches the base of a bastion (or at least the tower section of a bastion)? I'd love to convert this thing to have a double high bastion in place of the stock tower...

I'll take a stab at the orks.
I see 30 boys, 5 lootas, a trukk, 9 bikes, and 10 nobz.
My guess is the Nobz are the AoBR nobz, since there are no bosspoles.

GW has done RED and GREEN army cases before. Trust me, it's red not pink. The RED and GREEN army cases were the very first limited run gift item cases they did a few years back. The RED one was filled on one side with cavalry sized slotta-foam, while the GREEN one had "vehicle" pick-and-pull foam on one side. The RED case was marketed as the "Warhammer" case and the GREEN one as the "40K" case at the time. What's different about these new version Army Cases is the logo on the front of each. This is the first time the large army cases have had game system logos on them. The Fortress of Redemption looks sinister enough to fill more than just the need of Dark Angel collectors. Hopefully we'll see a lot of them put to good use by other Imperial players and Chaos players too, with plenty of cool paint schemes and even some conversions.

The megaforce isn't interesting to me. Last thing I need is moar boyz, I've got over 200 as it is. 10 bikes would be nice at a discount, but it would want to be a big discout.

Da Boss wrote:would be nice at a discount
Looks to be a pretty nice discount, actually. The fine print shows list price at 100 pounds sterling, or roughly $166.00 USD.
Assuming:
40 boys
1 trukk
9 bikes
5 lootas
4 x $22 = $88.00
1 x $30 = $30.00
3 x 41.25 = $123.75
1 x $22 = $22.00
Box contains $263.75 worth of minis. The bikes are what drive most of that value, as they're the most ridiculously priced unit in the box. Not too shabby.

It's a good discount if you want all the boys and the trukk, no question. Sorry, I was unclear. I meant I'd only ever buy bikes at a discount, because as you say, they are ridiculously overpriced.
