Well, I'm not the Eldars biggest fan, but from a purely "thats awsome" point of view, it's either Wraithlords, Spiders (there's a point, why don't Warp spiders have a phoenix lord?), or Jetbikes (Got a healthy respect for these after playing my brothers Girl friends completely insane Eldar list.).

They don't have a Phoenix Lord because they are all that awesome I know I'm a bit behind the times (gaming pc still in construction) but the warp spider in the intro for DOW2 kicks arse
