I know one of those will be the most common, but I want to know how common each faction is, since at my FLGS it's ALL Xenos.

Well, Vanilla Marines are SM. Their just the no-frills, plain jain ones.

I chose Space Wolves, because even though I don't have any models yet, (what the hell am I doing on this site), I might get a SW tac pack or something next week!

At the moment Eldar, got back into them in Jan, so I am painting them at the moment with the intention to use them as my main army for the forseeable future.

Orks are second, CSM third, although Just Dave's Chaos list update he's been working on has got me playing about with them again atm.

Fave is actually Imperial Guard, but haven't the funds to start a Guard army I'd be happy with, so they are waiting until that day occurs.

@Luna Dragon - Wargamer slang, Vanilla Marines are Space Marines from the Space Marine codex.

Ie Plain, without real flavour.

that means every thing from the ultramarines, raven guard, blood ravens, ect. that don't diviate from the "by the book" chapter organization. Where the blood angles and space wolves only some what follow the chapter organization.

No, I love Space Marines about as much as a man can without being gay!

And I mean ALL Space Marines! I'm not racist against Marines.
P.S. - this isn't sarcasm, trust me.

I started with Dark Eldar back in 3rd, and it was the only army I played.

however, since getting back into the game in January, I've been collecting and playing solely with Tau....So,

Dark Eldar = Favorite
Tau = Current Main

in all honesty though, there are only a couple armies that I wouldn't LOVE to collect and play with.

If that doesn't pan out, I'll try and trade 'em for some Epic stuff.
