Is it possible? Has anyone ever made one? I suppose you could give a barbie a new head and a funny base but apart from that, has anyone made a legit demon princess model?

You could do it. There's absolutely no fluff reason why it can't happen. Just because they were MALE as a mortal, doesn't mean they won't be *changed* by the elevation to daemon prince(ss) hood.
Would certainly fit within the Slaanesh mindset.
There is a range of resin cast "other great-big-demon" models and the pleasure demon certainly looks more feminine than the GW cow-faced one (or even the FW one).

One of the guys I used to play with sculpted his own (Slaanesh CSM). Not sure what he did with it after he quit though.
I don't think there's anything preventing a Daemon Princess anyway, just because CSM are the most likely to be raised doesn't mean that the Chaos Gods can't pull from other sources if they prove themselves worthy.

Just 2 from a quick google search.
alot of people ive seen use a princess generally ise the inq. models though.
Severina and sevore:
Not bad for £18 for the pair.
People also just throw the dark pegasus wings on them to finish them off.

There's a Daemon Princess Khorne Special Character for Warriors of Chaos "Valkia, the Bloody: A Daemon Princess of Khorne who is said to be the consort of Khorne. Valkia was once the queen of a great tribe. She gained the attention of Khorne when she slew anyone in her tribe to question her right to rule. She then moved on to killing other Chaos lords and mighty followers of the other gods. One such was Locephax, a daemon prince of Slaanesh who was attracted to her and asked her to be a slave girl for him. This angered her and she killed him in a duel then placed his head on her shield. Khorne was from then on her patron God and she made a pact to fight her way north to the realm of Chaos and place her shield on the throne of Khorne. But on her journey north she was killed in battle. Khorne raged over her passing, brought her from the dead and turned her into a Daemon Princess. She has the legs of a Bloodletter of Khorne and the wings of a bat. Daemonette/SoB/Daemon Prince bits would be your friends here. There aren't any examples of them in 40k fluff I know of, but obviously there's nothing saying it can't happen either.

Wasn't Ingethel in First Heretic female before being raised? There's been debate on whether she was possessed or raised to Daemonhood, but IMHO the latter happened. She attained her human personality after whatever it was that happened to her.

I've seen this model before and am always impressed at the conversion. (Spoiler because upon close inspection, it's a tad risqué.)
