I need advice on how to make LEGAL bills for my eldar and darkeldar armys. Previously I had Aprox. 20 Dollars a week. 10 for baby sitting my friends sister who is 6, and mowing the yard(10 Bucks each) so I got a new product twice a month, but cash don't flow no more and Work laws say I have to be 16 and I can't forge a license. So please help( I don't want your money, I want your advice)

I've edited the thread title since we discourage younger members from mentioning their age on grounds of general internet data security.
In the UK, teenagers generally get a paper round to make some extra money.
The other thing I would suggest is to buy cheaper models than GW. Put the Eldar armies on the shelf for a couple of years and make an IG army using non-GW figures.

haha epic meal time quotes in your bio... awesome... "next level epic meal time meat cooking apparatus"
on topic though...
two words for you no matter what you do...
"value" and "leverage".
Understand how both those work and you'll have more money than you know what to do with. Before you start though, find out what you'd be happy doing to earn the money to fund your hobby (otherwise it's harder to provide value - since you're not interested).
Once that's sorted, provide as much VALUE to your employer (mum, dad, neighbour, boss) as you can, and once they see what you are doing for them, then you can start talking to them about LEVERAGING (ie, you are providing value to them above and beyond what is considered the normal, therefore you should earn a bit more).
So say you mow the lawns for $10. While mowing the lawn, is there anything else you could do to add value? ie, it could be you sweep the porch, rake the leaves... etc etc. Now you're providing VALUE. Then ask you parents to spread the word that you can help in the garden doing all sorts of stuff (that you're comfortable doing) for your neighbours or friends. Get 5 of those and you've $50. While there ask if they have any need of a babysitter, or are there any other chores you could do? Now you're LEVERAGING your 'time'.
Whether you are the boss or the employee, if you provide value you are going to be in the money.
See how it works? One guy in Australia did this very thing in his late 20's. Is now a multi-millionaire. Simply started a business as a gardener!
Anyway, don't let anyone say you can't do anything either. The world is your oyster my friend!
Good luck, any questions, feel free to PM.

A non GW Imperial Guard army? How? I did think about starting an IMP. army, but Dark Eldar tickled me more than guard did.

Its a pressing concern. I remember being 10 and really, really wanting a WWF wrestling action figure. I washed cars in order to get the cash to buy the set. Ultimate Warrior was my favourite...

There are many, many ways to make money.
The trick is to find something people need/want and then find a way to provide it. Too many people go the other way - they find something they can provide then try and convince people that they want it. Much harder.
You also need to consider start-up costs. Almost any idea will have some kind of cost.
People have mentioned a few of the obvious ones, start looking around for things people might need. Are there lots of dog owners in the area? Dog exercising service. Nice cars? Car washing service. Lots of scruffy fences? Fence painting. etc

When I was younger, I would walk around town after a big snowstorm and offer to shovel driveways. It was actually pretty good money, I made more in an afternoon shoveling snow in 2001 then I do working a 12 hour day in 2011! But I don't think there will be too many snowstorms in Texas....
Print off posters advertising yard work and put them on phone polls, bus stops etc....
Perhaps ask some of your teachers if they need a house cleaner? I had a teacher that would hire students to clean her house(mopping, dusting etc...) Many teachers will do what they can to help a student in need, weather or not those needs are school related.

Caddy, as mentioned, may be a way if you have a course within walking/bike distance. Also consider bussing tables. If you hustle the waitresses will make sure you get a cut of their tips. You won't get paid well if at all hourly, but again, hustle and you can make decent money for your age. Don't give me the sob story about illegals having all those jobs. Work for what they work for and out work them. EDIT: Remember YOU are an illegal too (being under the labor law age).
My buddies and I used to also go door to door asking folks to donate old crap folks were going to get rid of, then on Saturday getting it to the flea market, renting a booth and selling it. Scraped up enough for concert tickets on many an occasion.

Go door-to-door to your neighbors. Tell them that you'll mow and clean up their lawn for $10. Give them a printed flier or card with your name and phone number on it. If they say "No", hand them your card anyway and ask them to give it to a friend, or hold onto it in case they go out of town for a weekend.
All those people who do their own lawns? They take vacations and need the lawn mowed once or twice over the summer. People who hire immigrants would probably prefer to pay a local kid $10 than an adult $5.

Build it up slowly. I'm in the same "young without much funding" boat. My IG army has taken me so far 1.5 years to build, and just now got finished with money from tournament winnings. Mainly, I just build off of birthday money, christmas, and saving up for a while.

You can offer to wash cars, mow lawns, and such until you turn 16. That's probably about it, unfortunately.

Better advice than anything else in this thread:
- Set up a quality website, on a subject that interests you and others.
- Put ads in the website, and earn a small, but decent amount of passive income each month.
You'll need something with more substance and content than a mere blog, though.
End result = a little pocket money and a highly useful new skill learned.
Washing cars or mowing lawns won't teach you jack that will actually be useful later in life.
The internet opens up a lot of possibilities for generating minor amounts of income if you are good at writing, art, music, computer programming or any other skill that can be displayed through a computer. This income is completely skill-based, age matters not one bit.
