C'mon now, everyone has one or two films that make you think you would rather drink a pint o something gross than admit to liking in public.
This ain't public, and it's totally guilt free! No one knows who you are, so let's hear them.....
1: Neverending Story
2: Split Second
3: Star Wars Ep 1.....
Let's not be gross just to be gross, it's rather rude.
Thanks,
Manchu

I though ep 1 was OK. not on par with all the originals though.
I can't think of any movie like you say though.

Despicable me, Cloudy with a chance of meatballs, Conan the barbarian, Kull the conqueror.
The first two because I feel an affinity with the "bad guy" and the outcast genius, the second two because they're so blatantly ridiculous.
Actually, I like a lot of old 80's films - y'know, the old arnie or stallone films... (not Rocky though)

We Were Soldiers is one of my favorite movies of all time...don't care what anyone says about it...
The first half hour of SPR was good, the beach landings were awesome, and maybe even a few of the parts after that...but I refuse to watch the rest of the movie after that...doesn't make a lick of sense IMO...
Missing in Action was cool just because Chuck Norris was in it...

Well I'm far too old to be enjoying Kung Fu Panda. I watched the first with my nephew today and honestly there are parts which rival Pixar for sheer visual beauty.
My friends used to roll their eyes at Big Trouble in Little China even though it has great action and cracking dialogue and more importantly is fully aware of its own silliness.
I also respect Waterworld for being one of the last great action flicks of the summer before CGI really took over. People got too fixated on the fact it was a disasterous production that ran well over budget. Despite all that, its not a bad film and did actually turn a profit in the end.
Although it is a really rubbish film, I don't mind watching Jaws The Revenge because it has Michael Caine in it and best of all you can clearly see the control cables trailing from behind the rubber shark.
