My opponent's warphead rolled the S10 power against my Razorback and blew it up. The resulting explosion killed 4 out of 5 PAGKs that were standing OUTSIDE and next to it.
Opponent rolled four 5+s out of five.
I rolled four 1-2s out of four

This is from the previous Space Wolf codex, in a big 2v2 game back in 4th. It was my first game with my newly converted and painted Wolf Guard Terminators and their Wolf Lord, Aesir. One of my opponents is Orks. He spools up his shokk attack gun and shoots the squad. It doesn't scatter and he rolls boxcars for strength. Cue everyone getting wiped out except for the token ablative wound Wolf Guard, Baldur, who just has a frost blade and stormbolter. In games since he's just had this weird survivor's luck even though the figure is meant to die before anything else.

I seen a Blood Thrister charge a group of 4 IG infantry, failed to kill a single one and the IG slaughtered the daemon.
Personally it would be my Black Templar Venerable Dreadnought althrough he seems to shine in every game he is in. Got stuck in close combat with a Librarian Dreadnought for 4 turns even after getting immobilized and both arms blown off. Only to then die to a single scout with a lucky grenade.

Hive Tyrant assaults a 5 man (I think...it was as small as he could take) unit of Eldar Rangers. Loses a wound from stubbing his toe on a dangerous terrain test on the way in, then gets smoked by the rangers in CC without causing a single wound.
